The accommodation is all on one level... it's even nicer in real life than in the photos. Spacious and closed site: ideal with children Lots of materials and equipment available. Nothing was missing! It was great Blandine responds very quickly to any questions. The very nice little extra: coffee, hot chocolate and far Breton arranged on the table on our arrival Thanks 🙏🏻 We'll be happy to go back

The location of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowed beautiful walks, beautiful discoveries. We left with lots of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

We had a great stay in the house. Clean, tidy, tastefully decorated, spacious. Fanny was very responsive to questions, respectful, friendly and, despite a small technical concern for the hot tub, worked to fix that. Thank you to the owner who made a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the technical problem causing the impossibility of using the hot tub. We will be happy to go back and warmly recommend this house!

Great accommodation in a quiet area not too far from the village. Listing as described, host very welcoming.

Loved our stay here. Very close to the beach and the city center but on a very quiet street, it was perfect for us. It also is located right near a great hiking trail , which we appreciated. Would love to come here again sometime.

We spent 5 wonderful days here with our dog. The beach is right on the property as well as a sailing school, making the property ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity allow for long walks with and without dogs. The house is very cozy and well equipped. Communication with Fanny was friendly and impeccable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We immediately felt at home in Anthony's house. It really had everything your heart desires. The decor is lovingly and tastefully designed, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the bathroom is a delight and there was even a grill and games. We were here with our two dogs and couldn't have found it better. A fenced garden is very relaxing and that dogs are welcome - there was an extra food coaster and own bowl - we appreciated it so much. Thank you for this wonderful time!

Binic is our 2nd home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

4-day stay but if we could have we would have stayed longer. Beautiful sea view. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the large sofa and the large TV. Kevin is accommodating and very responsive. We'll definitely be back.

Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations within 1 hour of the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

The accommodation was perfect, as described and as shown in the photos. We had a great weekend! The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach, and the parking space is a real plus. Gwénaëlle is very welcoming and available, she answered all our questions before our arrival. We recommend it without hesitation!

We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Rosaires beach from May 28 to June 1, 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We really enjoyed the exchange with the host. Possibility of mountain bike tours. Be careful though, you have to be quite athletic!(Do some cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it. Accommodation in a very quiet , clean and functional environment, close to Guingamp and all amenities , I would recommend it.

The accommodation is very cozy, very well located with all the necessary amenities. It is very functional. The two bikes are a real plus. We were able to do the coast in one day and the GR the next day because the trail is right in front. Thank you very much, we'll be back with pleasure.

The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cabin is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.
