Very nice little very cozy house. Enclosed garden reassuring for our animals. Due to the central location on the island, it allows easy "exploration".

We were greeted in a very friendly way by Hugues' father. The house is in a very nice location, restaurants, shops and beaches within walking distance. Very comfortable accommodation with a very nice garden with trees.

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time with our family (two daughters, 4 and 6) in this very cozy and spacious house in Brittany with a fantastic view and absolute privacy. Claudie and Thierry are very kind, attentive and accommodating. We'd love to come back and definitely recommend it!

Very nice little stone house with small garden. Modern and nicely furnished, we felt right at home. The location is perfect for excursions in the area and the beaches are within walking distance. All around it is nice and green, which we liked very much with the dog. Morgan and Mathias were always available and very friendly.

Amelia is a very friendly and available hostess. Our stay was perfect in every way: beautiful house, comfortable and very well-equipped (both inside and outside). We recommend this property 100%.

Hosts were considerate, accommodating and responsive as needed. The accommodation is as described in the photos, tastefully decorated; the bedding is comfortable. Regarding the outdoors, the children took advantage of the amenities (trampoline, swing, which is a real plus). For us adults, because of the neighbors opposite, we stayed inside outside of our outings. It's a nice place to be able to radiate and the surroundings are full of nice corners. NB: We tested the Hisse Park and oh, children and adults who have kept their childlike spirit will appreciate it. The park is located in a bucolic environment where there is a farmhouse inn that we have not tested

Lilou's beautiful place was the perfect place to stay in Saint-Brieuc. It is a roomy, clean, quiet, place, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Lilou provides quality amenities. The location is great with the centre of town easily walkable and its central location makes day trips up and down the coast easy. The introduction to the apartment by Lilou's mother was friendly and informative as was all communications with both Lilou and Silvia.

This listing is perfectly in line with the description and photos! The instructions are clear, self check-in is very simple. The apartment was very clean and very nice, quiet, with everything you need, and of course the bonus with the sauna! The location is perfect for going to town and a few minutes' walk from the train station. I had a perfect stay at this apartment and I would not hesitate to stay there again on future trips.

Super quiet accommodation with nice attention upon arrival. The equipment is really great, we thought we were at home this long weekend. The 3 floors without an elevator are just scary at the first climb with the luggage, after that it's really no longer a brake. I would definitely recommend this place close to all amenities on foot.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Nicolas's apartment. It is very well located, close to the beach and shops. A little set back from the road, the environment is quiet and peaceful. The interior is as described and perfectly clean. We recommend it!

An absolutely amazing house with everything we needed for a great multigenerational family holiday. Extremely comfortable and well laid out. The children loved the tree house, the piano was a real bonus and the kayaks were great when the tide was high enough. The house is in a fantastic location next to the beach and just a quick walk to the town for our croissants each morning. We enjoyed a day out to the Isle de Bréhat, and our walk to the Tour de Kerroch. Candy gave us a friendly welcome and departure.

An exceptional view!!! Breathtaking sunset. The house is very well thought out and our stay was excellent. We recommend this one without worries. Perfect for relaxing after the steps while still enjoying the spectacle of the sea .

The accommodation is very bright, the kitchen is great with its island and its glass roof. The exterior is a real plus with its jacuzzi. The area is very quiet, no disturbance. We had a lovely family stay at Olivier's house. Great spaces and a great outdoor area ideally equipped for children! All the local shops at the foot no need to take the car which is a very important asset! Address to keep in mind! Great for a family!
