Located in an excellent position near to Ashley Cross which is a great place to eat and socialise in Poole. It’s a 10 minute drive to the beach & also really close to very regular bus routes to Poole & Bournemouth so you could leave the car and not have to park at the air show or other local attractions. The house is recently decorated and comfortable and should suit your holiday or business stay. There is even a picnic hamper for you to use if you wish. In winter there is a wood burning stove.

Luxury top floor two room apartment. Located directly on the beach of the Sandbanks peninsula with breathtaking double sided views over Bournemouth Bay, Studland, Isle of Wight and Poole harbour. It has everything you need for a self-catering holiday and loads of sporty activities just around the corner (all sorts of water sport, walks, golf, tennis, bike riding & lots more). Suitable for people who want to relax and wind down. Please beware this is not a party location. NB: Very steep stairs.

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The Studio ( Private entrance)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
