Claudio was a brilliant host, offered lots of recommendations and was really helpful. The accommodation was in a fabulous and convenient location. The bed linen and towels were beautifully clean and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, the beds were very comfortable and everything was just as listed. We would love to stay there again.

Appartamento super accogliente dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari per un tranquillo soggiorno. Possibilita' di parcheggiare l'auto o moto lungo la strada a pochissima distanza. Ottima ubicazione a Le Forna e a poca distanza da almeno 4 calette dell'isola. Terrazzo ad uso esclusivo con Fantastica vista sul Mare, tramonti fantastici e una piacevole brezza anche nei giorni più caldi dove fare colazione o cenare o fare un aperitivo. Praticamente non avevamo voglia di uscire di casa. La Signora Giovanna simpaticissima e disponibilissima. Consiglio vivamente questa scelta.

Logement impeccable et très bien situé, sur le port de Ponza, ce qui permet de le rejoindre très facilement à l'arrivée sur l'île et accéder rapidement aux bateaux de location (noleggio Bébé) et aux restaurants/bars/commerces de proximité. Nous avons trouvé un logement beau, propre et bien équipé (comprenant notamment une machine à café de type Nespresso). La communication avec l'hôte était aisée et nous avons reçu des informations claires, à la fois pour rejoindre l'appartement et utiliser ses équipements. A noter le service quotidien de ménage. Nous recommendons fortement ce logement, en excellent état et plein de charme! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter

Vi hadde noen veldig fine dager hos Christian. Han vet ikke hva godt han kan gjøre for at vi som gjester skal ha det bra, og kommer med gode forslag til restauranter og ting å både se og gjøre. Svarer også umiddelbart på meldinger. Stranden var i gangavstand, og for en strand, helt fantastisk! Leiligheten er også veldig fin, moderne og godt utstyrt og med fine, private uteplasser. Leiligheten ligger et stykke utenfor sentrum, så det kan være greit å ha bil.

We had a fantastic stay in the Villa. It has an amazing view from the mountain side down to the sea. And sitting down at the terrace looking out was beautiful. Communication was great and there was very quick response. Having the private pool was amazing, despite the beach down at formia is very nice and friendly for families. The small restaurants in formia as well was nice. We would definitely visit again.

Soggiorno molto bello, la casa è posizionata vicino al mare è vicinissimo al centro, ha moltissimi spazi per godere di tutte le ore della giornata, è super fornita , ha una buona tv con le app più aggiornate. Siamo stati benissimo i miei figli si divertivano riuscendo a ritagliarsi degli spazi tutti loro , grazie alla predisposizione della casa. Bella vacanza

Andrea ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Da er bei unserer Ankunft nicht anwesend war, empfing uns sein ebenso freundlicher Nachbar Roberto. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und Terracina. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang ist die Anfahrt leicht abenteuerlich, jedoch gut zu bewerkstelligen. Unsere Kinder waren sofort in Andreas Katzen verliebt und kümmerten sich während des Urlaubs um deren Wohlbefinden. Wir werden sicherlich nicht zum letzenmal hier gewesen sein.

Apartment and it’s terracw were very nice and convenient, in quiet neighborhood. During the week it was very quiet, weekends were busier. Location is great, walking distance to beach and supermarket. The pool was also very nice, our 9-Year-old enjoyed it very much. Host Constantino was very friendly and helpful. Communications with him was super easy.

The pool, view and outdoor space is just amazing. We loved the outdoor cooking too. We had a great boat trip recommended by our host, great day on a beautiful beach and so much fun visiting the nearby town. We appreciate all the advice and fast responses from lole. If we come back, we will definitely stay here to enjoy the pool and amazing house in really an outstanding location.

Casa molto bella, come da fotografia. Posizione perfetta a due passi dal "centro" di Le Forna. Davvero una sistemazione incantevole. Molto disponibile l'agenzia per qualunque cosa.

A fantastic place to stay on Ponza! The views are even more beautiful than the photos! We loved staying here. Our family of four was very comfortable. Good beds, equipped kitchen, washing machine for laundry, and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea! We watched beautiful sunsets and listened to the sounds of waves every night. Close enough to walk to a grocery store, pizza place, and beach. We would definitely return here - a wonderful place to stay!

l'alloggio di Michela è la soluzione perfetta per chi vuole visitare la parte alta dell'isola di Ponza. facilmente accessibile con i mezzi, ma anche strategico per spostarsi a piedi fra le splendide calette della zona. Michela è sempre disponibile e gentile, consigliatissimo!

L’agenzia SoleMare è fantastica. Christine è una persona splendida e disponibile, ci ha fornito tanti consigli sui posti più belli da visitare facendoci ambientare subito. Inoltre, siamo stati accompagnati all’ alloggio con la macchina dal Sig. Gino, anche lui molto gentile e di compagnia. La casa ha una vista meravigliosa, ma consiglio di fittare un motorino per spostarsi nella zona di “Le Forna”. Unica “pecca” è la doccia che avrebbe bisogno di un piatto doccia per evitare l’allagamento repentino.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole in una casa tenuta molto bene con i panorama davvero distensivo,piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista la casa possiede tutto il necessario ed è molto pulita.
