Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf die Bergen. Sehr ruhige Lage. 20min Autofahrt von Bergün entfernt- 30min von Davos.

Io e la mia compagna siamo state nella splendida casa malenca 2 di Katia per 4 giorni e l'abbiamo adorata! perfetta per una coppia, ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa! La vicinanza alle piste da sci è ottimale come anche al paese e al centro. Vicino ci sono piccoli alimentari e ristoranti eccellenti, la posizione è perfetta! Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Katia è stata un host eccezionale sempre disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle nostre domande e necessitá! Tornemo sicuramente, a presto! Camilla e Annabella

We loved our stay! It’s a charming location, with beautiful views from the terrace and all of the windows. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the place. Both rooms are a good size, especially the master. We loved how the location felt like you were a local, with a trattoria within a few minutes on feet (make reservations). Perfect spot to explore the lake!

Perfekte Location um sich zentral bewegen zu können, alles ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus daneben zu erreichen. Alles wurde perfekt und einfach beschrieben. Wir konnten die Woche super geniessen!

Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an AirBNB in my life! Lucia and Roberto are outstanding hosts, are super responsive, and extremely kind and caring! They gave us so much extra helpful information and even offered rides to different parts of town if we needed! The view from their home is incredible and one of the best we have ever seen. We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

Vielen Dank für die wirklich perfekte Unterkunft. Mitten in der Natur gelegen hatten unsere Kinder viel Spaß und werden sich lange an diesen Urlaub erinnern. Das perfekt ausgestattete Haus (vollständig ausgestattete Küche, wirklich nichts fehlt!) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist oben auf dem Berg und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Zu Fuß laden Wanderwege zum spazieren ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es keine in fußläufiger Nähe. Aurora hat uns Tipps gegeben, wo wir Besorgungen erledigen konnten. Auch für jegliche Rückfragen war sie sehr gut erreichbar. Beim Check in und Check out wurde uns sehr entgegen gekommen, was uns wegen der Kinder die An- und Abreise sehr erleichtert hat. The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Ottimo alloggio, molto pulito e con tutto l'occorrente. Molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rilassante ma allora stesso tempo comoda per visitare il lago di Como!!

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

Lieu idyllique qui domine le lac de Côme. Maison super confort et parfaitement équipée. Calme, tranquillité, bain de soleil en toute intimité, terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Une maison aménagée avec amour et bcp de goût. Maria est une personne disponible, sympathique et son empathie avec ses locataires en fait une parfaite hôtesse. Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

very nice apartment, spacious and with wonderful view from the terrace and the garden, and lots of light in the rooms. Well equipped, with good washing machine and dishwasher, and a lot of cleaning equipment. A few details could improve (add a new frying pan, an extra kitchen rug and a waste bin in the bathroom), but we had all we needed for a great stay for a family of three. Beds were OK. The way to the building is narrow,only one car fits, but we never met any car coming the opposite way. A big plus of this place compared to others in Perledo is that it has its own garage and you don't have to use the public parkings along the road that may be full. This is important as you need a car, there is nothing at easy walking distance. hosts are kind and responsive. we had very good communication. we would be glad to come back!

Der Check-In war sehr einfach und wurde vom Gastgeber im Vorhinein sehr gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, falls man nicht kochen möchte. Besonders empfehlen können wir das Frühstück unten im Hotel! 😊

Sehr schöne, grosse und saubere Wohnung an zentraler, ruhiger Lage mit guter Ausstattung. 2x Gargenplatz und Skiraum waren perfekt. Zu Fuss braucht man 7 Minuten zur Parsenn Bahn. Vielen Dank.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Dervio mede dankzij het fijne appartement. Rustig en super schoon. Alles aanwezig, zodat ik òòk een avond lekker zelf heb gekookt.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

Zeer ruim en rustig appartement op de 2e verdieping, met fraai uitzicht en fijne bedden. In de keuken is alles aanwezig, er was zelfs koffie en thee en er stond al drinken in de koelkast. Erg attent. Er was ook toiletpapier, diverse spelletjes en alles is heel schoon en netjes. Op de zolderverdieping woont een dame die je wel soms hoort rondlopen vanwege de krakende vloer, maar verder hoor je niets. De eigenaren (die zelf op de 1e etage wonen) zijn echt enorm vriendelijk! Wij komen hier heel graag nog eens terug.

The apartment is an excellent location, ski in and ski out. The two bedrooms were perfect for us as we stayed with our daughter and it was very quiet and with beautiful views. It has what you need to cook at home and we really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly again!
