Accommodation true to photos and perfect for a family. Everything is designed to make the stay enjoyable with children (games available, baby equipment, baby dishes, etc.). The setting is very nice and we could leave our dog safely in the garden because it is very well fenced. I would really recommend it.

Very good stay. We stayed a week in the cottage, 2 adults and 3 big children, who were happy to sleep together in the room upstairs. Valerie was always very responsive. The communication, the arrival was very simple. The house is very convenient, well-equipped. Very well located for daytime discovery getaways.

Superb small clean home, very well equipped with kitchen utensils. difficult to watch TV, very pixelated and smelly living room carpet.... small gifts on arrival, super nice! We had a good time in this little house.

Étienne and Valérie are welcoming, available and yet discreet hosts. We had a great week in the townhouse of their residence, clean, very well equipped and with the fenced garden and terrace which are really a plus, especially for our dog! The quiet environment, the Carrefour Market a three-minute walk away and the beach a 7-minute walk away also make it a perfect place for holidays. Close to intra muros and 20 minutes from Cancale by car. I highly recommend this rental for a couple who likes to take long walks or a family with two children. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Everything was perfect! Marie Laure is really very friendly, very available and has excellent advice, small gifts upon arrival. Perfect place, as described, clean and spacious for the two of us and our 4 dogs. The garden is perfectly adapted, perfectly enclosed, animals can't escape. Shopping center a few hundred yards away (discount supermarket, bakery, Grand Frais etc.). 3 beaches 2.5 km away (Le Pissot and beaches of La Vicomté et de l 'Écluse), Dinard centre is 2.5 km away. A really perfect place, we would come back if Marie Laure stayed at La Richardais. We were really delighted with our stay.

We enjoyed our family weekend at Damien's place. Located just a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy it with the kids. The accommodation is very well equipped whether indoors and outdoors. Everything is suitable for the number of guests and it's lovely. Short stay with family (best friends, children, And grandmas) The space was just perfect. The lottery is super nice, which really allows you to recover. Frederic is very responsive and accommodating, Sylvie taught us a lot. If we can come back we'll be happy to.

Great family stay at Louise's! We enjoyed the quiet accommodation, pool and private jacuzzi! The small house is very nice and Louise is both discreet and welcoming. We hope to return and recommend this place for a stay in the Normandy countryside!

Joel's place is super nice.The location is very peaceful. Joel is very kind and the place is real awesome, super clean and specious. Nice play area for the kids too. Would love to visit again.

The house was lovely, simply but nicely decorated. We liked the earthen walls and the unique dry toilet. It was perfect for us. There were lots of little extras too, like games for children and interesting books. The house was equipped with everything you would need for your stay The garden was well kept and there were lots of places to walk our dog.

Perfect rental for calm and birds chirping. Proximity to Avranches and the coastline.

A warm welcome, little touches for our daughters and ourselves ( the jam is very good) the girls loved the trampoline. The space was clean and had everything. She's a beautiful person, we'll be back.
