We had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe's who is a warm, considerate, passionate and exciting host. Villa Nubia is a peaceful oasis, beautifully decorated. (Pinturicchio painting) Thanks for the welcome basket! All of Giuseppe's advice was perfect (parking to visit Perouse, restaurant, etc.) The view of the area from the balcony is really beautiful, and the garden makes you want to come back on sunny days: salt pool, barbecue, everything you need to enjoy the area in a very nice environment. You can park your car in front of the house (electric gate). Despite the cold, the apartment was very well heated, cozy and quiet. Giuseppe showed us the simple operation of the spa, the bedding was perfect to recover from our beautiful visits and everything was there to feel at home. Many thanks Giuseppe, and we hope to see you next time, in good weather, to continue our discovery of Umbria!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. Kosmas was a superlative host. He was always very kind and supportive, provided wonderful hospitality, and was extremely helpful. The place was nicely decorated and very cozy, and the bed was terribly comfortable for those needing a good night’s rest. The apartment matched the description well, and the neighborhood was excellent, far enough away from the crowded center, but easily walkable to get to the historic center of town . The apartment had all the amenities, and so would be good for short or long-term stay.. In sum, highly recommended. Thank you, Kosmas.
