DON 'T BE SCARED OF THE FEW REVIEWS, it was a super 10 days and I recommend this location for the sea about 4 km from the beach and to visit the brands an hour by road from Urbino and Jesi and the caves of frasassi. Emanuele and his mother are very kind and welcomed us into their home with great warmth and gave us all the necessary information. Also very good pizzeria/burger shop 500 meters away you can walk. You can park your car in the courtyard of the house an important plus not to mention the air conditioning that was a must with the temperatures of August, also within a few kilometers there are all the supermarkets and a huge shopping center 10 km away. As for the beach, I recommend the free beach near the two triangular buildings, free parking almost always available with a small gravel and few people. Giovanni was a great host. She sent me the itinerary, directions and information about everything I needed and that could be done. The house is really nice, renovated with modern decor. Parking is under the house or otherwise the condominium is 100 meters away (all free). There are all the accessories you need. It is on the second floor in a quiet area,you have everything you need at your fingertips, pizzeria, pastry shop, the market, pharmacy, bars, ATMs,and the most important thing, is a few kilometers from the sea and for those who want to know the road is perfect to get there, there are no holes or anything else. For those who have a dog nearby you can find the appropriate beach (Baia Canaria). Well, it was a really nice stay and we'll definitely be back next year.

We rented the apartment for two employees. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, good location has everything you need for a longer stay. Our employees felt at home. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Beautifully renovated, air conditioned bedrooms, excellent beds. Fabio was very helpful, coming to open up for us and explain everything. All in the beautiful historic centre. Highly recommended.
