One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un divano( a richiesta letto) una cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e una zona living con caminetto , climatizzatore. Dal terrazzo si può godere di un piacevole panorama. La connessione Wi-Fi lo rende ideale per lo smartworking. Di fronte all’appartamento è disponibile un’area giochi.

Grande appartamento adatto per gruppi numerosi, fino a 11 persone, per gruppi minori,da 1 a 4 persone, offro due stanze con servizi: camera cucina bagno e salotto La casa e´situata sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia dove c´e l´unico accesso alla vetta del monte Pelmo a 3168 m. da dove nelle giornate limpide si puo vedere la laguna di Venezia.

Situato a meno di mezzora da Alleghe,Falcade,Canale d'agordo e a meno di un ora da Arabba e dalla vetta della Marmolada,questo alloggio fa al caso vostro se desiderate vivere ed esplorare la montagna a 360 gradi. L'alloggio si compone di:cucina con angolo cottura,bagno privato,camera da letto matrimoniale. Il parcheggio più vicino è a 50 mt ed è un parcheggio comunale gratuito.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

È adatto a famiglie con bambini, a persone con mobilità ridotta e si accettano anche animali domestici.

Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze.
