House vacation rentals in Ponte Capriasca

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung besticht durch ihre Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Vor allem Terrasse, Pool und Garten drumherum sind liebevoll gestaltet - ein ruhiger und schöner Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen. Die Wohnung ist aber auch ansonsten ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unterschiedlichste Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und am See. Silvia hat uns herzlich aufgenommen und wir hatten jederzeit eine gute und schnelle Kommunikation.

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht. Tolle sehr gut ausgerüstete und gedeckte Terrasse. Es hat zusätzlich einen Eingangsbereich für die Schuhe und Jacken - sehr praktisch. Obwohl der Bus nicht stündlich fuhr ist die Lage auch sehr gut mit dem ÖV erschlossen und es lassen sich herrliche Wanderungen im Valle Colla machen. Nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: an nasskalten Abenden wäre ein kleiner Elektroofen sicherlich nicht schlecht.

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Sandra ist eine super freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist. Es hat sogar ein mit Wasser gefüllter Hundenapf bei unserer Ankunft bereit gestanden. Die Wohnung selbst und die Lage sind erstklassig. Der Ausblick auf den See aus der Wohnung und auch von der Terrasse sind einmalig. Der Zugang zur zweiten Wohnung im Haus war abgetrennt, so dass niemand mehr an der Terrasse vorbei laufen konnte. Dieser Punkt wurde in einer anderen Bewertungen bemängelt, trifft nun aber nicht mehr zu. Man ist damit sehr privat. Die Wohnung und Sandra als Gastgeberin sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

A very nice, clean house close to the lake. Big rooms and a big terrace. There is also a lot of space to park the car in front of the house. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen, oberhalb von Lugano. Der See und das Lido sind aber sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch zwei Grotto/kleines typisch Tessinerrestaurant sind in Gehdistanz zu geniessen. Ich empfehle die Anfahrt mit dem Auto, da der Bus nicht regelmässig fährt. In der Unkunft fühlt man sich gleich sehr wohl, sehr sauber und es hat alles was man braucht! Auch der Garten, die Ruhe und die Umgebung zum Wandern sind wundervoll. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Haus von Monica wärmstens empfehlen. Monica ist auch eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin! Merci!

Très bon séjour au calme dans le logement de Danila. A 20-25 minutes de Menaggio, plusieurs restaurants à proximité directe et vue à couper le souffle. Nous y avons passé une semaine merveilleuse avec notre chien. Nous vous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Danila nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils et des informations claires pour arriver jusqu'au logement

Tucked into the stunning Verzasca Valley, this cozy stay was a peaceful gem. The views were incredible, and the room was spotless and comfy. We were only there for one night, but it left a lasting impression—would happily return!

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

Schon bei der Ankunft habe ich mich herzlich willkommen und absolut sicher gefühlt, ein sehr wichtiger Aspekt für alleinreisende Frauen mit Hund. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, idyllischen Ortschaft, ein echter Kraftort abseits vom Trubel. Garten ist einladend und gepflegt. Man hat von dort aus einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Wanderungen, ob kurz/lang. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Da ich ohne Auto unterwegs war, haben sie mich vom nächstgelegenen Bahnhof abgeholt, mich am Ankunftstag sogar zum Einkaufen begleitet und mich bei der Abreise wieder dorthin gebracht. Als Willkommensgruß erwarteten mich frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und hausgemachte Marmelade. Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Besonders für reaktive Hunde ist sie ideal: Grundstück gut abgeschlossen, ruhig gelegen und bietet kaum Reize/Auslöser. Trotz Wetterwechsel konnten wir ☀️ Momente geniessen. Kleine aber sehr feine Unterkunft♥️

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der Unterkunft, es war sehr ordentlich und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten mit dem Wetter nicht sehr glück, konnten jedoch den „Fernsehraum“ ausgiebig nutzen. Es wurde immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und wir fühlten uns toll aufgehoben. Der kleine Badeabschnitt ist ein Highlight und mir konnten noch die SUP Bretter nutzen, hat sehr spass gemacht.
