Monthly Rentals in Ponta Verde

We loved the stay. We felt at home, not to mention the practicality of getting to the points. Very close to everything and the restaurants in the area! João and Paula always answered us promptly. If I could go back to Maceió, I would definitely go back to this property! It's just as described in the photos!

The apartment has a great cost-benefit, very well located, clean apartment containing what we needed. Unique item is the building under construction next door, those who seek a little more silence may be disappointed in the morning, in addition to the fact that this building changes the entire view of the pool area being no longer as it is in the photos. But this is a common item to the other apartments we saw in the Time building. But it would undoubtedly return, as our focus was on the various beaches in Maceió and the region.

My stay at the apartment was excellent! The atmosphere is very cozy, well organized and air-conditioned, providing a lot of comfort. The host, Mr. Luís, was extremely cordial and helpful, always responding quickly and clarifying all doubts. I recommend it and I will definitely come back!

The apartment accommodated very well 3 adults and one child. Very well equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen, impeccable bedding with all the extra parts available. The location is excellent (close to the bakery, market, pharmacy, restaurants…) in addition to being 5 minutes walk to the beach. The very good pool for children. Next to the apartment, on the waterfront there is a beautiful playground that you can walk, my daughter loved it. We'll be back for sure! Teresa is great, responds quickly.
