I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was super responsive and made check-in and check-out really easy. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing.

Kathyane answered questions quickly and clearly. The super clean and fragrant apartment. My family has accommodated my family very well. The girl of the concierge always helpful and polite. We will definitely return.

The Flat is very well located, has a very beautiful decoration and the condominium has a wonderful structure. Luana responds quickly and was very attentive. I highly recommend it, it was an amazing experience!

It was amazing! The apartment is wonderful, with impeccable architecture and very well planned. The appliances are state-of-the-art, all brand new and functional. It's even better than the pictures! The floor-to-ceiling mirrors in the living room and at the dining table give it a special charm. The view of the sea, although partial, still adds a touch to the environment. Without a doubt, one of the best places I've ever stayed in. It's worth every penny!

The host is kind, has good taste in reading, I was able to read a spectacular bedside book. The space is simply wonderful, from the location that is a few steps from Ponta Verde beach, it has a vast local commerce with everything we need, it has all the amenities described. The decor is extremely tasteful, with comfortable furniture and complete household utensils. I felt at home. The cleaning was perfect, a super pleasant smell in the apartment, linens and bath towels of great quality. In addition to having a hair dryer, a hair straightener, which we women love. Super indico with my eyes closed.

An amazing accommodation and an unparalleled host! Kindness from start to finish, flexibility in check-in and check-out, everything very smooth! And the accommodation then? Spectacular! Prime location (less than 10 reais by Uber from any cool spot) I extended my stay, I have already recommended it to several people, and I will soon return to enjoy the holidays!

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Excellent place, organized environment, surroundings with good buildings and commercial establishments, close to the Craft Pavilion, which you can cross and you're already on the beach, good refrigerator, utensils in good condition, dishcloth, oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, in short, the basics well done. Good beds, bath towels, face towels, bed linen, all clean. Wi-Fi works perfectly. Attentive host. Excellent value for money, I would definitely come back!

Fátima was an excellent host. The space perfectly met our needs with security and accessibility. The fair price for what I sought, perfectly accommodating my family. Arredores Tranquil, beach in front, I found it much better than Pajuçara for bathing (which at this time was full of sargaços); close to everything, a multitude of restaurants, parks, squares and leisure options nearby. It has a gastronomic park next to the building, a foodtrucks square (well planned and very beautiful space), organized and with various food options (with the short stay, unfortunately it was next ...). We will return peacefully to JTR. Now, to whom it may concern, prepare your pocket to turist because tuuudo in Maceió is expensive 😂 one of the most expensive capitals of the NE.
