Vacation rentals with a patio in Ponta do Sol

Na uitgebreide instructie over binnenkomst, parkeren (gelijk voor de deur) etc, onze intrek genomen in het appartement. Wat ons verbaasde was de netheid en uitgebreide inventaris. Alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben was aanwezig. En ook allemaal nog eens brandschoon. Groot terras met voldoende stoelen etc. en een mooi uitzicht over de oceaan maakte het helemaal compleet. De locatie is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het hele eiland. Binnen een uur kun je overal zijn. In de directe omgeving zijn er diverse eetgelegenheden. Een aanrader is het restaurant aan de overzijde van de straat. Op ongeveer 5 minuten rijden ligt een grote supermarkt. Wij hebben een supervakantie gehad en willen het appartement van Manuel van harte aanbevelen!

Het verblijf was in één woord fantastisch. De accommodatie was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: brandschoon, fris en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden. Alles straalde rust en kwaliteit uit, van het stijlvolle interieur tot de prachtige omgeving. Het was een genot om hier te verblijven – absoluut een plek waar ik graag terugkom!

Beautiful patio overlooking the ocean with sunshine in the morning and the afternoon. Convenient place to stay if you have rented a car! Would definitely recommend!

Logement juste incroyable ! La même chose que sur les photos ! Très calme et paisible. Hôte vraiment très très gentil. C’est situé dans un petit village à environ 30 min de Funchal et proche de tout en voiture. Le lieu est merveilleux pour se reposer. Nous reviendrons

We were welcomed immediately very friendly by Connie, who gave us great tips for the restaurants in the neighborhood and some fresh vegetables from the garden. Connie and Johnny are always available for any questions, yet you have total privacy. The view is amazing, day and night. All furniture is from the highest quality, fully equipped kitchen, a perfect bed and an awesome bath. Worth every cent, just book it and you will have a dream vacation!

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! We absolutely loved our stay. This apartment is a dream – incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated with so much love and fully equipped with everything you need. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the location is wonderfully peaceful. Filip and his family live above, but you still have complete privacy with your own entrance. Filip is such a kind and helpful host – we received great tips about the area. His wife Renata surprised us with the most delicious cinnamon rolls we’ve ever tasted! The neighbor was also incredibly friendly and gifted us fresh bananas from his own garden. Renata and Filip went above and beyond to make our stay special – they even provided gifts and baby food for our little one. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We can definitely recommend this place. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate – it’s a true gem!

It was just the way we expected, too bad the jacuzzi needed so much time to warm up that we didnt use it.

We just had the most lovely week in Jose's appartment. Elvio met us as agreed and took us to the appartment and showed us everything. The pool was lovely, glad we paid for it to be heated as I can't cope with cold water. The apartment is spotless and modern with everything you need for a break. Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Kevin verbracht und es war großartig. Das gemütliche Häuschen ist sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse auf das Meer ist traumhaft und in der ruhigen Lage des Hauses steht einem entspannten Urlaub in vollkommener Privatsphäre nichts im Weg. Der Flughafen ist ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus bietet den perfekten Standort um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderungen der Insel gut erreichen zu können. Kevin war jederzeit erreichbar, spricht unsere Sprache und wirkt äußerst professionell. Er hat uns ermöglicht, am Tag der Abreise länger in dem Haus zu bleiben, da wir einen späten Flug hatten - definitiv ein herausragender Host. Wir haben uns hier äußerst wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft mit Begeisterung weiterempfehlen.

We just finished 2 magical days at Patricia’s home and cannot say enough incredible things of her place. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL, with an amazing pool and jaw dropping views. In addition to this she was so accommodating to us and made sure we were comfortable the entire time!!! Uber’s and Bolt’s are easy to call and extremely affordable. We did not want to leave and are already planning our next trip to her home!!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Aussicht über Calheta ist atemberaubend und der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Alles war sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und schnell und wir wurden mit allen Informationen versorgt. Das Haus war bei unserer Anreise blitzsauber und zur Begrüßung standen eine Flasche Wein und Wasser und ein traditioneller Gewürzkuchen für uns bereit. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Betten waren bequem und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Hervorheben möchte ich die Duschen, die nicht nur sehr geräumig waren, sondern auch den fantastischen Wasserdruck, der das Duschen sehr angenehm machte. Die Anlage ist um den Parkplatz herum gestaltet, so dass die Einheiten 1-5 unterhalb des Parkplatzes liegen und die große 6 (das Haus in dem wir wohnten) direkt an den Parkplatz angeschlossen ist. Man hat also immer einen freien Parkplatz, egal wann man kommt. Der dörfliche Charakter des Ortes führt ab und an zu Hundegebell und der Hahn kräht, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir kommen wieder.

La nostra Vacanza a Madeira è stata perfetta! Un merito è anche della casa confortevole, bella e funzionale. Joao e Sonia sono stati gentili e sempre disponibili. Torneremo perché 9 giorni non sono bastati a visitare completamente l'isola!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our week long Easter vacation stay at Alexia’s house. It’s a great spacious, modernly designed and fully equipped place with everything one needs for relaxing holidays. Superb communication, easy check in, nice personal welcome and bottle of wine/local produce made it even better! Our favorite place - the terrace with beautiful sea view for coffee and meals. Easy recommendation as it’s also good central location for exploring Madeira by car.

This place exceeded all expectations. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. The location was great, with easy access to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. It felt like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est confortable, bien équipé, très propre et offre une très belle vue, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal, notamment pour une fin de séjour, car il se trouve à proximité de l’aéroport. On entend effectivement les avions passer, mais cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangés : il n’y a pas de vols la nuit, donc les nuits sont calmes. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication avec l’hôte parfaite. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Leonardo let us check in early. Beautiful clean environment right next to the water. He provided a clear and quick video to watch for instructions. Parking is a little complicated but your car is safe in a garage which is nice. Definitely recommend.

Serene sea side getaway with beautiful ocean views and plenty of food options nearby. If you want to explore the Western side of the island this is the perfect spot to serve as a launchpad for said adventures. Amazingly comfortable bed and stunning place to catch the sunset. Two thumbs up!

Great location and views. Plane and street noise did not disturb us as we kept bedroom windows closed. Everything you need to cook. WiFi can be a little spotty. I would stay there again.

Great apartment within walking distance to the center of Funchal. Exactly like the pictures and the terrace is really amazing! Very quiet neighbourhood to stay, even with the ongoing construction sites nearby. Parking space is a real plus as well.

Superbe appartement ! Parfait pour un séjour a Madère. Le logement est tout équipé avrc une salle de bain par chambre ce qui est très pratique pour un groupe de voyageurs, la résidence avec piscine est un vrai plus. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Hôte disponible pour toute question.

Super Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen, man kann direkt aus dem Bett aufs Meer schauen! Die Unterkunft ist super eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen war ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
