10-star 🌟 hospitality! 🌟 We want to give a very special thank you to Leonardo and Mr. Paulo (caretaker) for the incredible reception and availability during our stay! From the first contact, they made themselves available to us and there was not a single time when we asked for help or information and we were not promptly attended to. Our flight was delayed (we arrived 2 hours later!) and, when it was time to pick up the car, Leonardo left us super relaxed about the arrival time at the apartment. Even though we arrived at 3 a.m. in the middle of a rainstorm, he was there waiting for us! He spared no effort to help us with our bags, making sure everything was smooth. The place? Simply wonderful! Extremely quiet, clean, organized and very well maintained, with super pleasant ventilation. The pool is clean and the location is perfect. In short, the experience was much higher than expected! We recommend it for sure!

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Beautiful apartment with perfect location! Our stay at the *Petit Noir Apartment* in João Pessoa was simply fantastic! From start to finish, everything worked perfectly and we felt at home. The apartment is stylishly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need (kitchen utensils, comfortable bed, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi). The name *Petit Noir* fits perfectly: simple, but with charm. Especially the balcony was great for relaxing evenings. Everything was sparkling clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and of high quality. Perfectly located - In a quiet area, but still close to restaurants, cafes and the beach. Supermarkets are also nearby. The host was super friendly and helpful. Good tips for excursions and always available. Check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back. 🤩

New building and very well located in front of the beach and there is a block from the Mag mall, it offers a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, coworking and laundry. Well-equipped and furnished apartment. Very comfortable and quiet. Because it is a side apartment and has a building right next to it, it does not have much privacy and does not receive sunlight.

Our stay at Allana's apartment was simply perfect. Besides everything being very clean and organized, the apartment's view of the sea is a spectacle in itself. We have spent 3 wonderful days. We (me, my husband and our two little dogs) loved spending these days in this beautiful place. Oh, and Allana is very attentive and helpful. It would respond very quickly to all the messages. We'll be back more often for sure.

The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with first class utensils (the premium suite bed games are a show in themselves). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no commerce very close by, so it is essential to ensure the basic food and medicine needed for emergencies. We hired Amanda (host referral) to help us with cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that really paid off, that's the opinion of the 12 people who stayed at the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

Excellent house, clean, cozy and very welcoming environment. The house provides excellent privacy for families looking for a more private space. Besides being close to several beaches, it also has a nearby downtown area with restaurants and a very busy beach. We will definitely come back more often, Alberto was an excellent host! nota 1000

The apartment is new, well-equipped. I thought it was a little hot, maybe because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

The rent was for my parents, they loved the stay and will definitely come back.

The apartment is well decorated and very comfortable, with excellent linens and a very well-equipped kitchen with top-notch appliances. Dayenne responded quickly every time we needed her. Covered building garage, two excellent parking spaces. Impeccable swimming pool and barbecue area. We felt at home!
