I had an amazing experience in this flat! The location is excellent, close to everything and super practical for everyday life. The apartment was impeccably clean, as were the common areas of the condominium, everything very well taken care of. Marly was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back at the next opportunity!

Apartment exactly as advertised. Super attentive host. Totally clean environment, with all the necessary utensils for staying in the residence. It has dishes, glasses, pots, towels, linens and even an iron. Amazing atmosphere. I loved the stay and I will definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect. Laura is very careful with household utensils and what guests need during their stay. The only caveat is that the garage entrance for large vans is a little tight and runs the risk, depending on the size of the van, of not being able to enter. The biggest one I saw in the garage was the FIAT TORO. Stay alert.

The accommodation was excellent. The host helped me a lot by allowing me to put my car in another spot because I have a trunk and it wouldn't fit in the main garage. In addition, he always responded quickly and kindly.

I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!

We went for the second time, and everything was great, nothing to complain about, we enjoyed the stay a lot. It was very pleasant!

My stay was great.. I had a well oriented check in.. the apartment was ample, with a lot of ventilation and sun.. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to the park ,close to the beach , and a good walk to the Manaíra boardwalk! Checkout was also easy!

I loved it! The apartment is even bigger than it looks in the photos! Close to the beach, you can walk. It's also close to Lovina. A special compliment for the quality of the bedding, very soft!
