We had a great stay! The house is spacious, very well located and exactly as described in the listing. We were very well received by the hostess, who was super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo was very attentive, Jacilene, who received us, was very kind and friendly, they met all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca which is quite stuffed. The place is quiet and pleasant, very close to the beach. We only had a small inconvenience with a neighbor in the flat next door who made a little noise and it became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else was great.

Bem was my second time in the House, which means we like it a lot! It's agrable, spacious, full of good places... The reception is impeccable, Rosa and Marcos are attentive and receptive. Thank God it was all excellent...I highly recommend it!

I've been using the platform for years, in several Brazilian states, and this was undoubtedly the best accommodation we've ever stayed in. There were 9 of us and everyone loved it. The house is much more beautiful than you see in the photos, and many details that are not in the photos surprised us positively. Miguel and Rose are of unparalleled empathy and attention, everything we requested was met quickly and with affection. We have nothing to complain about regarding the stay. I can't fail to mention Mrs. Neide, who was appointed by them to help us with kitchen and house services while we were there. A very polite and attentive lady who made a total difference in our stay, bringing us even more comfort. Super recommended!!! The house, the hosts, and Mrs. Neide. God willing, we'll be back for sure!!!!

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Barbara helped us in everything we need and the staff of the building is very good people. We had good internet, which is fundamental to our lifestyle, since we work from home. Tranquil Hosting, easy-to-access condominium, Viviane always showed kindness. We rented a car and had no concern as it has an exclusive vacancy. View of the unmissable balcony. To go to the hottest places like Tambaú and Cabo Branco, you can reach in a few minutes by car.

I had a wonderful stay in Elisa's apartment in João Pessoa! From the first moment, I was impressed by the quality of the space, which was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is cozy, well decorated and very clean, providing all the comfort needed to enjoy the trip. The location is great, just steps from the beach, which greatly facilitated our walks and moments of relaxation by the sea. In addition, Elisa was an incredible host, always attentive and willing to help with local tips that made our experience even more special.
