Best apartment I've ever stayed! excellent location, close to the beach , bakery, pharmacy and gym. Very complete Flat, had everything you need to feel very comfortable at home. Very helpful and thoughtful hostess. I plan to return.

The apartment with excellent location, new building and apartment, super cozy , super compact and super useful , air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room , we love and certainly recommend renting without concern . Thanks !!!!!!

The apartment is very small but meets the needs well. Comfortable and great location. The building is also quite cool. The elevator is very slow in the building, so we always preferred to use the service elevator. The energy system is great and sustainable, but it always needed to be pressed twice because it would drop (no big deal, but it's a tip for the next guests)

I found the room comfortable ,well located ,the neighborhood very organized, clean streets, polite people!!!!In the part of checking in it was quiet… .Next to the beach…Swimming pool and wonderful area…. Negative points the bed is extremely comfortable but has a split in the middle….In these photos I thought the room was larger but it is very small ,but in compensation it is comfortable … hot shower…has iron dryer…Thank you Renata your space is wonderful

One of the best places I've ever stayed, I loved the apartment, only the exit was a little tight with my pick-up truck, but everything is just right, close to everything, it's very close to the beach, you don't need to take the car to go. Lots of convenience nearby. Very good

Marcus is a great host. He was very attentive to our stay. I highly recommend it! the space is great and has a super wide balcony on the roof where you can see the sun or the moon rise over the sea.

Space as described. Very quiet place, no noise. Anfritriã always responds fast and very polite. Apartment with all the amenities that are in the listing. Safe location and a few minutes from the Central waterfront. Lots of home utensils in the apartment.

Our stay met expectations for accommodation and location. The neighborhood offers all the amenities such as markets , laundries , pharmacies and restaurants . The host Sergio was very kind to welcome us before check-in time and offered a longer check-out deadline for the time of our flight . Still gave us several tips on sightseeing and shopping . The apartment is very comfortable, close to the beach and in an excellent neighborhood. Anyway, everything was really nice!

My wife, my son and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is cozy, with good structure, great location, very good furniture, utensils and electronics. The hostess is always very friendly, helpful, attentive, polite. The condominium area is very good, with a gym and pool on the terrace, with a good place to stay and a beautiful view. The condominium staff are always very polite and helpful. We recommend Christiane's apartment.

I stayed with my family and we all really liked it! The flat is beautiful, clean and well organized! The host was super attentive, and the communication was great. She even left some treats for us in the flat. We'll definitely be back at another time!

We would like to express our sincere thanks for the excellent stay we had at Maria's apartment. The property is exactly as described: spacious, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the balcony, extremely wide and comfortable, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant climate of the region. The location within the Luxor condominium is simply fantastic — the apartment offers a superior quality experience. We also highlight the impeccable organization and cleaning of the place. The building itself is very well cared for, with pleasant interaction areas and a welcoming atmosphere. Its privileged beachfront location has provided us with wonderful moments on a warm water beach. The only consideration we do, for those who think about walking to the Tambaú sign, is that the walk lasts about 50 minutes. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We'll be back!
