Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Well located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

We had a great time in this apartment in a great location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we would highly recommend it!

Good time with the family for New Year's Eve. The accommodation was very comfortable and well-equipped. Despite the weather this season, the kids ventured to the spa and enjoyed it. We even had the chance to taste the wines of the castle, very nice to end the year. We recommend it!

We had a great weekend with the family for the Royan marathon, in this apartment with great hospitality. Everything is perfect, the location, the terrace, the decoration, the amenities, etc. A gem of an apartment that we recommend and we would not hesitate to return.

Very nice house even in winter! Lots of things available in the kitchen in particular but also boxes of tissues etc ... The decor, the atmosphere of the house and garden allow a zero stress stay

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

Very warm, clean and functional accommodation, with a sea view and a large sunny terrace, it is very well located (2 steps from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the city center) and the residence is quiet.
