Had a wonderful time at Janet's place. She's very kind and accomodating, the photos of the listing also give it justice. Very clean and in the perfect location. Parking spot is perfect for a sedan, and be careful and mindful with maneuvering out. Thank you Janet!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul Henry's guest house tucked away in their beautiful garden. It was comfortable and thoughtfully put together: plenty of outlets and charging cables for different devices; shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower; a great coffee maker with a reusable filter. Paul’s communication and clear instructions made settling in a breeze. The location is also fantastic—it’s rare to be able to walk around so easily in LA!

Great place to kick back. Clean and organized. Reponsive host and easy to follow check in and out. Would recommend.

John's guest home was perfect for my family's Disney Vacation! The area was peaceful and quiet. They have a private yard which was perfect for our dog. Great area to walk him too! It was super close to Disneyland so we didn't have to worry about going far when we were dead tired from our day's adventures. The place was pristine and spacious; perfect for the three of us and our dog. Beds were super comfortable and shower was a great welcome after a long day at the parks. John is also very easy to get in touch with and makes sure you have everything you need! Would totally stay here again!

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

Great place easy to access and nice neighborhood

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Great stay! I arrived late after a wedding, and the host was super responsive and helpful in guiding me to the guest house. The space was clean, cozy, quiet, and updated. I especially appreciated the water filter in the fridge. Felt very safe and would definitely stay again if I'm in Riverside!

This was my family and I first time staying at an AirBnB. It was a great experience. My children loved the animal end tables. The space was a nice size for us and I especially loved the private side yard and entrance. I will stay again.

We love the feel of having some seclusion and a peaceful relaxing setting. The place feels extremely secure with no concern of even leaving your door unlocked at night. It was a nice cute place with everything we needed. Suzanne and her husband have done a great job with all the plants and decorations around the facility and was such a kind person and host. We enjoyed getting to visit with her a little here and there. One of my favorite places and favorite hosts!

Richard’s guesthouse is nice and cozy. We enjoyed our stay there. He answered all my questions and even contacted Airbnb to sort something’s out. We would definitely stay there again.

Was only here for 4 days and 3 nights but felt right at home! Much is already provided but they were super kind and responsive if I needed anything extra. It’s a very beautiful set up that was perfect for me. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future if I’m ever in the area.

Definitely will be staying here next time! Neighbor is quiet so we can get a peaceful rest after a long day. The host is proactive and very kind. It’s a plus that we have a designated parking space so we don’t have to find street parking as well. It’s 30 mins to la or disneyland. Overall a great place.

This was a very nice place to stay at. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and a very short drive to restaurants and shopping centers. The koi pond was spectacular and it was very peaceful listening to the water at night. The space was small, but everything was extremely clean, well kept, and up-to-date. It's the perfect spot if you just need a place to sleep (bed might be too small for the taller folk).

Anoush was a very good host making us feel welcome and very comfortable. The suite was lovely and the outdoor space a great bonus. The neighborhood is very quiet and street parking was easy. It was the perfect retreat! Highly recommend!

Very lovely accomodations, short walk to popular hiking trail, delightful hosts who were very responsive to questions and requests. Will definitely be our first choice for accommodations on our next visit to Riverside.

This studio airbnb made us feel at home right when we opened the door. The home looks just like the photos and has almost everything we need for a 5 days stay. The unit is very quiet and peaceful. Jackie also responded in a timely manner so we never had to wait too long. Overall, we would definitely come back again!
