The stay is very great, the place is top notch, everything was great, great host and attitude to check-in, I will definitely come back here when I am in Bangkok!

Vitanya's listing was very easy to locate. Num was very organized and descriptive in providing check-in instructions. The unit was clean and surprisingly peaceful. We were initially concerned by the "noise" mentioned by other reviewers before booking the place. We even brought ear plugs. However, throughout our 8-day stay, we didn't hear any loud noise from passing vehicles. We slept peacefully and were even able to do some remote work and attend virtual meetings. The location is also great, being only a few minutes walk to the nearest train station, and a few more minutes to Yaowarat. There were lots of food options around. Overall it had been a wonderful experience for us.

I loved staying at Øyvind’s place! It’s a very cozy condo, and compared to others I’ve stayed in around Bangkok, this one really feels like the owner put effort into making it feel like home. The balcony was a huge plus for me, and like others mentioned, I also loved spending time there just looking at the city - the view is fantastic! The coffee machine was the perfect addition! As for the cons, the apartment faces the river, and there are boats with music from time to time, but they’re mostly gone by 10 PM. This might be something to consider for those who go to sleep early, like me. Overall, I had a great stay and really enjoyed it! Thank you, Øyvind!
