what can i say other than this place is amazing! Hands down the best air b&b and hosts we have ever had! Earth went above and beyond for us, we arrived in bangkok at 5am and was up and ready for us which we appreciated so much after a 14 hour bus journey day! They very kindly gave us a free upgrade to the most amazing pent house which we fell in love with and will be back as soon as possible! the flat was clean and decorated to our style which made the stay even more great! The view is breathtaking! Only downside was no wifi for the last 2 days and the kettle was broken but with 711 2 minutes away this wasn’t an issue for us! Thank you soso much for your amazing hospitality and making us feel so looked after and making our stay amazing! We will be back! ❤️

Great apartment. Clean and smell fresh. Apartment was on ground floor nearby to laundry room. Walking distance to the nearest 7-11 ad well as BTS (Bangkok train station). But we always take Bolt or Grab ride. Had to wait at the main alley for the ride coz the driver gets confused on where to find the place but it was no trouble as it's a very very short walk to the main alley like 20 meter or so. Tara, the host was always responsive. Will definitely stay here again

Wonderful Pent house apartment! Great hosts. Very responsible and proactive. We had an incredible time. Everything was just as described. The hosts go out of their way to cater to the guests. The interiors of the apartment had a touch of European influence. Which was very refreshing and warm. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend it. The apartment fully corresponds with the description. The host gave clear instructions, so it was very easy to find the location and get inside. The apartment was perfectly clean, clean linen and towels. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail to make travelers feel at home. There is a washing machine, equipped kitchen, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, first aid kit, even toothbrushes for guests🙂. Such attention to detail was very pleasant. The condominium is quiet, clean, well-maintained. Thanks to the host for their hospitality.

Very quiet neighborhood and condos! The condo is very clean. 38th FL is a beautiful pool. There is a shortcut to the Siam Paragon, which is very convenience. The security guards were very nice and friendly, greeted me everytime.

Gavin went above and beyond as a host, making me feel extremely cared for during my stay in Bangkok. the location is impeccable as well, being super close to the MRT, allowing you to go anywhere in Bangkok with easy. Very nice place in a quiet area. There are also really good restaurants near by. We recommend the soufflé restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definitely recommend:)

My wife and I loved it. A good place, the only thing that bothered me was the lack of cutlery, otherwise everything is fine. Your place is worth it!

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great location, less than 5 minutes to the BTS. There are lots of hotels within the area so ensure your driver stops at the Trinity Complex, not at Trinity Silom. Great skyline day and night time view.

The apartment is in one of the nightlife areas in Bangkok, with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is on the 4th floor with a rooftop pool on the 8th floor which is a real gem. The JJ suites team are great hosts and we can highly recommend staying here. Thank you for everything and until next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Benny was attentive, helpful, and kind—regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

I only have good things to say about Punusa and her apartment. Comfortable, well-furnished, and the view was excellent. Located in the heart of Ari, one of Bangkok's best foodie neighborhoods. Very fun and walkable, with eating options at all price points.

A great experience Nuttama's accommodation! Central yet quiet. Very good bed, I slept really well. The bright, sparkling clean bathroom is huge and has good shelves everywhere for everything you need in terms of cosmetics. The panoramic view of the city is really magnificent and especially in the evening when everything is illuminated, you can't get enough of it!!! The gym is super equipped and very well maintained and after training you can cool off in the pool with long swimming lanes. When you return in the evening full of experiences from the lively Bangkok, a friendly receptionist and soothing music at the elevator welcome you - you relax immediately. Check-in was super easy, comfortable and straightforward. Nuttama is really always available. The 7/11 in the immediate vicinity, where you can get everything, is also great. And on the main street to the left, just a few meters away, there are numerous street food stalls, fresh fruit, coffee. Thank you Nuttama, I'll be back!

beautifully designed practically located lots of eateries and spas right at doorstep. very posh location and also the residence is pretty posh with respectable people around. very well equipped kitchen and appliances. the instructions were very well communicated. easy to walk to other places lots of green cover around. and high rise with amazing views.

The stand out features of this condo are the blackout curtains and the water pressure in the shower. We typically find showers in Thailand to have very weak water pressure. This one almost blows you out the bathroom in comparison. Also uncommon to find blackout curtains in Thailand. They really help with sleep quality. We’d give 100 stars for these two features alone if we could. We also noticed that the table behind the sofa, facing the smart TV also worked really well for us. That setup allowed my husband to be on his laptop while eating dinner and watching Netflix while I was doing the same from the sofa. Grab drivers had no problem at all locating the condo (also a huge plus). Location couldn’t have been better for us and check in was straight forward. The pool has shade!! Another fantastic feature. Overall super happy with this stay and would definitely try to stay here again :)

I had a great stay here. Host is very kind and always reply quickly for convenience. This accomodation is same as description on this page. It’s so clean and comfortable. I recommand it for traveller to explore around Bangkok.

The house is clean and nicely arranged including packets of coffee which is a nice touch. The building is clean and easy to get into and super-well located. The host checked on us by text to make sure things were going smoothly. Importantly, the AC worked well. Having the bedroom surrounded by glass partitions makes the place look bigger (it is small but fine for 2 people) and keeps the bedroom cool for sleeping as the bedroom has its own AC. One small issue was the elevator not responding and once we figured out that there is no need to use the key fob to go to the first floor, the issue was resolved. (A suggestion for future guest instructions). I would stay here again.
