The conservatory provides an extra living/dining area from which to enjoy the gorgeous views. The outdoor shower is also a highlight!

Comfortable, bright and cosy The Headland is a large, detached house sitting in an elevated position only approximately 5 minute’s pleasant walk from the beach and the centre of Polzeath. Although the house can accommodate up to 8 guests, The Headland could also suit smaller parties of 2 and 4 as the house feels intimate, cosy and comfortable throughout. This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.

New Polzeath Whole Apartment. Close to beach.

If you want to relax and enjoy great walks along the coastal path to Port Isaac,(about 2 hours) or Padstow (about 1 1/2 hours) then this is the flat for you. If you enjoy surfing Polzeath is one of Cornwall's premier surf beaches. It is great for body boarding too. The lifeguards are on duty all through the summer and at weekends too. You have a good range of places to eat out too. There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.

Lovely seaside beach house only 100 meters level walk to the stunning beach at Polzeath on the North Cornish Coast. Outside there is a sunny seating and dining area and private parking . Tides Reach can be booked together with Waves End next door to sleep 8 persons. A great holiday base with stunning coastal and countryside walks. Spend romantic evenings in one of the local restaurants watching the sun set over the ocean. The perfect getaway for families & couples. Sorry no pets.

Beautifully converted barn with open plan living and uninterrupted views over open farmland, yet only 5 minutes drive from Polzeath beach. Master bedroom with zip and link super king bed, ensuite shower room . Newly renovated extension to include another super king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom. ( both bedrooms can be separated to have 2 singles instead of 1 super king if need be) Utility room, with all amenities, is an ideal place for dogs to sleep. 2 dogs maximum.

Our 2 bedroom beautifully furnished home-from-home apartment is situated in the heart of Polzeath, has stunning views and within walking distance of the beach. The great location and surrounding countryside is ideal for couples and families alike.
