A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

We had a great stay at Zaneta’s place on our way down to Cornwall with 2 children in tow. The space was exactly as described, clean and cosy with beautiful decor. Great communication from Zaneta, I didn’t have to question a thing! This is our 4th stay at Royal William’s Yard, the location has everything you need right on your doorstep and is a stunning upmarket spot. Will definitely return.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

A lovely quiet place to stay in Cornwall that was still within short driving distance to plenty of options. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were welcoming. Would recommend!

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there and it’s really close to the town centre and all of the beaches. This is the second time we have stayed and we will hopefully return in 2023.

Lovely flat to stay in, very clean and everything there that you will need. Nice new kitchen which is well equipped. Plenty of hot water in the nice shower. Comfortable bed. Car park easy to access. Just be advised that if you choose to walk into town it’s very hilly. We did, every day, and our legs got a thorough work out. The walk is not for the faint hearted!

Great place to stay. The welcome from the reception team was very warm and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and was cosy and comfortable. It was a chilly day when we arrived and it was so nice to walk into a warm room! Everything was clean and fresh, the view across the lake was lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. Check out was very straightforward and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

Really great place for a vacation, either a short or a longer break. Stunning place and very well cared for, with really comfortable and spacious accommodation, and nice common areas, especially for families. Very peaceful. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna are great, although a bit busy at times (as expected). Nice bar/play room with games for when the weather is not so great. Shame that the restaurant was closed for renovations at the time, but that was expected as it was mentioned in the listing. Area around is served by plenty and really nice, traditional pubs with good food and drink. Great experience, overall!

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

We had a wonderful time at Liz & Dave’s place. The apartment is clean & spacious, the views are spectacular, comfortable bedding, lovely layout for a family. We made great use of the spa facilities & board games when the weather was wet. Location excellent. Would highly recommend & would love to stay again!

Kevin was an awesome host! Super helpful and the welcome card was a nice touch. Perfect location too – everything was within walking distance and the apartment was clean and well-organized.

We had a lovely few days over Xmas and new year the apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed with a teenager toddler and dog . The location was fab and close to the town and beaches and my teenager and I loved popping down for a swim and gym every evening !

Following our first visit to Horizons last year, we rebooked this year and thoroughly enjoyed another week at this fabulous flat in the best location you could hope for in Newquay. The location is ideal for an easy 5/10 minute walk into the town centre. The view from the flat is breathtaking and the whole panoramic view of Newquay can be seen. The flat is ideal for couples, or a family of 4, and in the event of bad weather perfectly ok to stay in with books, games and DVDs supplied. Secure underground parking for 1 car is one of the stand out features as parking is not easy, especially in the busy period, and car park charges would be very high for all day/night parking. We will certainly be rebooking for next year, and would have no hesitation in recommending this property for anyone wanting convenience, superb position, a very comfortable and well equipped flat, and the best views of Newquay you will find anywhere!

We had a really enjoyable stay at the cottage. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The garden was ideal for a little one running around, it was really safe and secure. Susan was very friendly and helpful and went an extra mile by letting our grandson go and feed her chickens. It's a lovely cottage in a beautiful area. We will definitely be booking again.

Absolutely lovely home!! Outstanding cleanliness and very comfortable home. The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of condiments as well as cleaning material. Even the small touches of including toilet soft tissues for the rest of our stay, is very much appreciated. Thank you so much for providing us with what is going to be a very memorable holiday!!

we stayed here for 4 night early January while working in the area a.d felt very much at home dispite the freezing weather the home was warm. cosy and comfortable so.much so I'm booking again to come with the family

Fabulous time at Kate and Simon’s. Lovely house in a great location. All amenities you might need to make the stay homely (even managed to successfully cook an Easter roast dinner in the kitchen). Messages beforehand were informative about the local area and very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Added treats on arrival were greatly appreciated. We had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the extra touches.

Definitely recommend a stay here... there were 4 of us,, plenty of space inside.. never got to use the deck due to the weather... Bar down the road is great too Awesome hosts who made sure we had everything we need

We had a very relaxed time and Saj was super responsive and very detailed in what we needed and what was around for us to do. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and have to say lovely pillows and duvet 😁 would highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Sally’s property. Very communicative host and kept us up to date and lots of useful information and instructions about the property and local area. Felt like we were staying somewhere really private and peaceful, idyllic surroundings! Access to China Fleet for swimming and golf was also a brilliant addition to our stay! House was well equipped with everything you need, down to Tupperware, which sounds like a small thing but ever so useful and made it feel homely! We would very much like to come and stay again!
