Nice traditional house refurbished, 15 minutes from Aurillac and 20 minutes from Lioran ski resort. Located in the heart of the village of Polminhac, the house is close to all amenities (pharmacy, shops...) and several hiking trails start a few hundred meters from the door. Many outdoor activities await you! The house consists of a living room/kitchen, a toilet room, a bathroom and two bedrooms with a common entrance.
