Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pollokshields, Glasgow City

Enjoyed a great few days at Old Polmadie. Old Polmadie area has been completely redeveloped in recent years. Lots of little parks nearby and swans in the pond. It was a great set up for our three generations of family and very helpful to have 3 bathrooms plus the backyard plus parking for two cars. There was a convenience store and coffee shop at the corner plus the nearby Jenny Burn pub/restaurant was also dog friendly and walkable. For our nights out it was a 30 min walk to merchant city area or an easy Uber. The house was also stocked with the various necessities that are always helpful on arrival to an Airbnb. It was an easy home to walk into and enjoy. Thank you Kevin!!!

Memorable stay for our family of four. Lovely spot between the quaint town of Drymen and Loch Lomond. Convenient location in central Scotland - close to Glasgow, easy drive to Edinburgh, and good access some of the most scenic areas of the Highlands. Friendly, responsive hosts. Cozy, comfortable cottage. Well fitted kitchen. Only small issue was low water pressure in the showers. We’d definitely return.

Logement propre et impeccable, très bien rangé. Il y a tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur. C'est possible de se garer dans la rue, on a eu une place à chaque fois. Le seul bémol serait l'isolation phonique, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la maison et aussi le chauffage est réglé pour ne fonctionner qu'à certaines heures donc le matin il fait froid en bas, il faut trouver comment régler le chauffage. Sinon tout est ok, je recommande.

We had a great stay and would recommend anyone looking for a very clean and comfortable place in Stirling. We absolutely loved staying at Julie and Ians place. The scones and prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch and a fab way to start of our weekend! The location was just stunning and we enjoyed having a wee dip in the river at the end of the garden! Would highly recommend this place as it was perfect for making a nice meal and enjoying each others company. Thanks so much for hosting us!

This flat is in a great location for accessing Glasgow city centre. Good bus and rail links. Check in/out was very easy and communication with the host was easy. Once inside we found it to be one of the cleanest and comfiest Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Kitchen was well stocked and a nice garden to relax in. This was a perfect place for our stay in Glasgow.

Amazing home from home house with the added bonus of a hot tub and a pool table to help unwind. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cook for large numbers.

We had a wonderful stay!! Lynn is an amazing host: very responsive, friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The home is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view of the loch. There were seven of us (adults) and we were all very comfortable. The garden (yard) is large with soft, mossy grass, which our dogs loved! Helensburgh is not too far and offers nice places to eat (La Barca's) and fun stores for shopping (Tweedies). Highly recommend! 5 stars🌟

Lorraine’s place was great, big living space and comfortable beds with an apartment full of great amenities. 9 of us across 2 apartments was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5

We had a lovely stay in Scott’s very attractive, comfortable flat. It’s got a really nice outdoor patio area and the walk along the harbour is fun to do. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the parking is very straightforward. Scott himself was very friendly and helpful. All in all quite a find!

Lovely lovely apartment right by the lake. Mesmerizing views, amazing shower, well equiped kitchen and we even had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us. We felt at home abd had a wonderful time !

We had a wonderful few days at Natasha’s beautiful place. It was incredibly comfortable, stylish and luxurious, really well equipped, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. She had thought of every detail, from restaurant recommendations to all the kitchen things we might need, lovely toiletries and lots of thoughtful goodies in the fridge when we arrived. Communication excellent. And the location is stunning - lovely old building, beautifully renovated, peaceful, near to the park, the university, places to go out and also within walking distance of the city centre. We will definitely be back!

Would have had to pay more at hotels etc. This way we could cook our meals have our snacks and drinks at hand. Could not ask for a better host, she even left a gift for the birth of our granddaughter, very thoughtful act of kindness. If you want a great place to stay this is it.

What a great find! Spacious, clean, decorated with great taste. Hellen’s place had everything we needed and more. We were only there for a night while on a long distance walk, but I wish we could have stayed longer to take full advantage of everything it had to offer. Location was so peaceful. Lovely pub with good food just a few minutes walk. Would definitely book again if we happen to be in the area!

wir haben uns in der Wohnung vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl Gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Zentrum. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu Jeanette war sehr herzlich und sie war immer sehr reaktionsschnell. Dieses Airbnb können wir nur empfehlen!!

We had a lovely stay here. Easily accessible for my granny that was travelling with me. Both the bed and sofa bed were really comfy! Well equipped kitchen and really appreciated the milk and other bits provided. Great location for attending events at the OVO. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. This beautifully designed apartment has everything you need and is so clean and well kept. Relaxing and peaceful but just a minute from the many joys of the Byres Road: shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and wonderful green spaces. Highly recommended and great value.

We spent a long weekend here and had a great time ☺️ The flat is very close by to local transport and grocery shops, and has a private parking space. The flat is spacious, clean, and easily accessible via stairs or lift with a large lounge / kitchen which was perfect. The host was very friendly and communicated quickly with us. They very kindly allowed us to stay an extra hour over checkout time due to clocks moving forward! Would highly recommend staying

John is friendly and answers your questions fast. The flat is located on the backside and ground floor of a building, with its own parking slot. The flat is well decorated, and in the kitchen you will find all the equipment to cook. I stayed for a long period and had no negative issues.

Alojamiento estupendo con todo lo necesario, reformado y muy agradable. Una habitación de matrimonio y sofá cama en el salón, perfecto para un grupo pequeño. La ubicación no es céntrico. pero fácil para moverse. El anfitrión nos ha ayudado con todo y muy rápido.

Lovely spacious flat . Had everything you need for a family stay . Big bedrooms so we could all have our own space which is not always the case in places . Outdoor space ,toys , DVDs and TVs to keep.all ages happy if weather bad . Local buses and a train within a short walk . Good play park a 5 min n walk with great views of the area . Choice of places to have takeaways and an Asda nearby for bigger shopping . You can go along the coast in either direction for days out or walk to Ardrossan Castle or go to the beach . We watched the sun set one night .
