Monthly Rentals in Pollenza Scalo

We liked the stay in Pollenza, partly because of the very friendly host, Paolo. Amazing view over the Marche Hills, charming house with lots of character, but therefore very simple in terms of kitchen and bathroom. But the luxury of air conditioning, spacious rooms, large balcony and cozy garden. Nearby, there is much to do and the village of Pollenza is beautiful. Delightfully enjoyed a cup of coffee among the Italians, very friendly.

Fantastic stay. The Rotonda on the hill is an oasis of peace and a great starting point for visiting the surrounding areas and from the terrace you can enjoy a great view. In addition, Alberto welcomed us very well, always available for everything and great tips on places to visit and where to eat. What can I say, together with his wife Lucia, they made us feel like family and we hope to return very soon.

Massimo's place is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay of even several days, clean, accurate, with dishwasher and dryer, full and well-equipped kitchen. Parking is convenient to punctual and precise instructions. Great solution for visiting Macerata.

Iacopo was theee best host I’ve ever had. He was so genuinely helpful and kind. He sent me loads of information ideas restaurants activities, and was even willing to help me find information on my great-grandma’s roots (born in Macerata 1902). The apartment is huge and so lovely!! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need, including snacks, great coffee, all the herbs spices salts pepper & oil you’d need. Plus a big bottle of water in the refrigerator! So responsive, and truly took time out, which was apparent and appreciated : )
