We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

A big thank you to Ivan for hosting us and for his responsiveness. The place is extremely clean. Ivan and his partner have equipped and decorated the accommodation with care and taste . Good bedding. New home, quality materials. Fully equipped accommodation. The dwelling exceeded our expectations. The hosts are very thoughtful, thank you for the cookies, wine and zucchini in the garden. Everything is available to us, bath and bath towel, swimming pool, barbecue, host available at our requests. Everything is provided (dishwasher tablet, washing machine, mosquito spiral, lighter)

Wonderful clean apartment in a new house with underground parking. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. We have three children and are often demanding about the apartment. But here everything is perfect. It is 12 minutes walk to the sea. The owners of the apartment are very open, nice and kind people. Miro, thank you and your family again for your hospitality.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Ana was super friendly and went above and beyond as a great host. I felt very much looked after, super accommodating, the place was perfect and a great start to my holiday. Would definitely recommend, better than staying at a hotel. Would definitely come again next time I’m in Zadar. Thanks Ana for your hospitality. X

For a family of 10 we had so much space . Lots of facilities in both parts of the villa but we generally cooked downstairs and was so homely . Beds very comfortable and home had air conditioning . Local shops and big supermarket so could eat in or go out . We had two hire cars so went to plitvice lakes which is well worth the visit and also split .

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

The communication with the host was excellent during my 3 months in Zadar, and he was very attentive and understanding throughout my stay and all the situations. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything I needed. The balcony is even larger than it appeared in the photos. I highly recommend this place and Marko as a host.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. The accommodation is just right! Still very quiet in the old town. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment building without an elevator, but that was no problem for us. The hostess is very friendly and personally welcomed us and answered our questions. We were able to cook small things without restrictions. What I personally liked most is the clean large bathroom. The place is highly recommended!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free lounging options. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was easily possible at any time. We will certainly be back!

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
