Monthly Rentals in Poljica

We had a lovely time at Dragana and Gordana's vacation home. Check-in was very flexible and we were greeted very warmly in person. The place is quietly located and well equipped for self-catering. The highlight is the large pool opposite the entrance and the beautiful seating in the courtyard/garden. From the vacation home, you can reach various beaches in about 10 to 15 minutes and Zadar and the airport in 20 to 30 minutes. We would come back anytime!

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

We stayed in Croatia, rented an apartment in Ivan, we were very satisfied! The apartment is clean, everything is as pictured, the beach is literally 10 meters away, there are two wonderful cafes nearby. Free umbrellas and sunbeds are provided on the beach, which was very convenient. Host Ivan was always in touch, allowed to use the grill on the premises, where there is a comfortable large table for alfresco lunches and dinners. Free parking was a nice bonus. The only thing missing was a corkscrew, but we bought it and left it for other guests. It would also be handy to have a microwave to warm up food and a broom with a scoop so you can clean up a bit as sand is applied from the beach. But it's not critical. Otherwise, everything is great, we recommend it!

Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.
