Apartment Fantastic: Sun, Beach, Wind&Dive

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

Perfect location, great apartment with spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped (as for the rest of the flat) and it had condiments which is very helpful. We were also given a bottle of wine and water which has greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and clean apartment in Gran Canaria. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including various cooking utensils, which made it easy to prepare our own meals. The landlord was incredibly friendly, always reachable, and quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment is also in a convenient location, which made getting around really easy. We really enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment offers a great price-performance ratio, making it an excellent choice for a holiday. Just as a note for future guests (not a problem for us): the double bed has only one blanket, and the shower is a bit on the smaller side. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended!

The place was very nice and above average well-equipped. In addition, it has a very quiet location right on the sea and you can easily reach everything by car from there. Alejandra was a great host who was always available for us and had a good tip in stock. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation!

Nice apartment in a area that is not too touristic like the south of Gran Canaria. Well equipped and all conveniences are available. Recommend the bakery an Barca restaurant.
