Great cottage with a very large garden. Ideal for the dogs, fully fenced and they could run and play. There was even a swimming pool that we did not use.

This accommodation is a little gem of peace and quiet. We came to relax while enjoying the proximity to Dijon. The setting is beautiful and soothing, very quiet. The pool is a real bonus! Sylvie is a very attentive and available host. You can also go as a family, the accommodation has everything you need to accommodate children as well. We recommend of course!

We spent 4 days in this accommodation and everything came together for a great stay: beautiful green and peaceful setting, well-appointed and comfortable accommodation, beautiful terrace with quality garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors, very good welcome from our hosts.

We had a great weekend in this fully equipped and tastefully decorated house. The calm, tranquility and pool allowed us to rest and enjoy ourselves with the children. Pascal is a very welcoming and available host. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great weekend in Montferrand-le-Château in this spacious, comfortable and perfectly suitable cottage for a group stay. The setting is quiet and green, ideal for recharging and fully enjoying nature. The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and functional. The large living spaces, terrace, garden and barbecue allowed us to share some great moments together, in a friendly atmosphere. Communication with the hosts was smooth, pleasant and responsive, from start to finish. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. Great accommodation! The location is really peaceful and quiet, with the only sounds coming from birds chirping and cows in the neighbouring fields.

Cosy house with the character in a quiet peaceful place. The area around is beautiful, and you can start walking straight from the house. We loved the patio outside of the house to sit in the evening under the fig tree with a glass of wine. Feels very The hosts are very nice and friendly people. They live in the opposite house and we met them once. The place feels very private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a very pleasant time at Alexandra's house. The accommodation is quiet, clean, tasteful and simply furnished. Even before our arrival, I had mentioned that my husband had a cold – when we arrived, freshly prepared herbs from Alexandra's mother were waiting for us. A really warm gesture that made us very happy. And right at the beginning, we were also quite surprisingly gifted fresh eggs by the neighbor – a nice, personal encounter. Many thanks to Alexandra for everything - we felt comfortable.

Not only is the accommodation "excellent" but the bedding too! and that's a great point. This private home is a family affair because everyone plays the game and is very attentive. Obviously I highly recommend Assim and his AirBnB accommodation. It is a 200 m walk from the city center. And I recommend the restaurant "le Comptoir des Docks" not very close which is just a small gastronomic. Thanks Assim and see you soon for sure.

beautifully renovated with some nice touches. comfortable beds and plenty of sitting space. every kitchen appliance you could want. sunny and shady outside space with BBQ. 4 of us had a lovely holiday touring the area. Dole was particularly interesting and picturesque.
