Wonderful cottage, peaceful cozy and beautifully furnished. It was immaculately clean The cottage was sensitively restored with original wide plank wooden floors with lovely finishes throughout Every convenience had been thought out we wanted for nothing. The beds were huge and very comfortable with gorgeous linens and pillows just like sleeping on a cloud. Bath towels were also huge and soft. The kitchen was well appointed with a range master stove although we did little cooking as there were excellent restaurants and cafes a stones throw away. Thoughtful touches like milk pasta/sauce on arrival Jennifer the host was knowledgable and helpful we felt in safe hands We left wanting to emulate No.1 Myrtle Court when we arrived home! Most wholeheartedly recommended

I was looking for a peaceful weekend exploring the area and my stay with Victoria was just what I found. Comfortable accommodation in a traditional Cornish home in a beautiful part of the county. Had it not been for the two squirrels on the side of a house, which was described by Victoria as part of her instructions, it would have been difficult to find. Thank you for a lovely stay. I hope to be back some day.

A perfect tiny hideaway ! 15 minute walk to The Polgooth Inn (phenomenal food) so peaceful with only slight road noise heard. We stayed in April which meant our field view was abundant with dear little lambs! The outside seating area was perfect sun-trap for a morning cuppa listening to the birds chirping and bees humming. The hosts were incredibly friendly, knowledgable & helpful. We had everything we could have needed! Thank you so much!

Spacious, open plan house with all you need for a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms are big, with comfortable beds and good quality bedding and towels and The White Company toiletries in the bathrooms. We would be very happy to stay again as the location is perfect for exploring this part of Cornwall.

Wonderful stay at Sally’s beautiful home. Great central location in stunning grounds. The play area and pool were perfect for the children. The pool was like a warm bath.
