Vacation rentals with a patio in Polača

Ante picked us up from the bus station which was very appreciated. He was responsive with any queries prior to and during our stay. The apartment and everything was clean and new. Lovely decor as per the photos. Lots of storage space. TV in both bedrooms and living room. Great flatscreen TV in lounge. It was a great location. We walked to the old town and restaurants most days (about 20 minutes) with a local grocery shop and Lidl close by. I joined local gym and we found lovely local coffee / drinks bar ‘The Bar’. Both fab. Felt very safe. We found Ubers easy to get and use. Zadar is a beautiful place and Antes place is a great place to stay. We would absolutely return.

We had a great time at Matej. We received a warm welcome and the flat was perfect. It was very spacious, calm and very clean. We appreciated the extras in the fridge, drinks and fruits so we could feel home straight away. The area is beautiful and it was very convenient to have a parking space. We recommend staying at Matej’s apartment.

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

We were really warmly welcomed and despite different languages everything was directly understandable. We got a little briefing, got the key and then were able to arrive comfortably. My family and I felt really comfortable right from the start! Everything was impeccably clean and the bedding just smelled great! 😍 If we go to Croatia again, then definitely there again. 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

I was looking for a getaway and found what I needed at Morana and Robins’ place. For me it was worth it for the sunrises and sunsets. Little things set this place apart though the quietness rather depends on how noisy any neighbours are as other apartments are relatively near. Apartman Holmes has aircon and a fan but because of the doors, fly screens and blinds it is actually relatively easy to keep the place cool; I hardly used the fan and not the aircon at all during my stay though the daytime temperatures were over 30”c. The bed is comfy and there is plenty of space for clothes etc in the fitted wardrobe. Lovely shower (well used by me) and generally the whole place has been thoughtfully arranged to make the best of the space capped off with the wonderful balcony. I’d say a great place for couples to come and unwind though this single enjoyed it immensely too (I’m already working on returning with my wife). There are good eateries around and more are just a short drive away. Great 😀

We stayed 5 night and the place was great. It is about 30 min walk to the old town, there is a supermarket 1min walk and bigger one 13 min walk. The place is great and has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped and Matea thought about all small details such as as mosquito coils and candles. There is outdoor space with table and chairs under olive tree which is great for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay again.

It was a week-long stay, in the condo as we imagined with the amenities listed, very good neighborhood located to easily access and get out on the road with the car, parking in front of the fully free apartment Ana offers is also added a lot. Rude, comfortable space. Thank you Ana for letting us stay at your condo.

We had a great vacation in this beautiful home. Everything was as in the photos and in the description. The pool was well heated, so it could still be used in October. There are beautiful beaches, places and restaurants nearby.

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

Beautiful house - new and stylish, perfectly furnished. Terrace on the roof with barbecue and the look of the sea - TOP. The beach is about 4-5 minutes. The host was super friendly and helpful, always available if needed. We'd love to come back.

Lidia is really a great host, very kind and helpful all the time. we only miss a little shop or a bar in the neighbourhood

We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

We had an amazing stay here. Beds really comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. We were able to check in early to coincide with our flight. Old town is in walking distance or a short taxi ride. Would definitely coo ok e back again!

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.

A really cute Apartment in a nice area with view to the sea from terrace. All what we need was there also charging place for elektrocar. Perfect to stay !

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can take advantage of all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts, despite not being on site, has always been immediate. The only flaw is that it is so relaxing that you lose the desire to move from the location. Super recommended!
