Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.

Adjacent to the main cottage, there is a second building featuring two bunk beds.

Located within walking distance (about 200 feet) from Marion Magnolia Farms wedding venue. This listing is for the lower level of the home and has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. We look forward to hosting guest and are excited about our close proximity to the wedding venue. There is plenty of parking and photogenic areas for wedding pictures. We do allow campers on a limited basis. Dogs are allowed for a fee ( max of two dogs please ). Please contact us if you are interested.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the wrap around front porch or dinner on the back deck overlooking the fire pit and yard. we are 4 miles from Redbud track and trail, 19 miles from Notre Dame and St Marys, 13 miles from Andrews University and in the middle of wine country. You will enjoy our small town charm and hospitality. We have a charming farmers market Saturday from 8 to 1 downtown from May to October.
