Catherine was such a helpful and kind host. We booked at short notice then asked to add 2 more guests and she immediately put two extra beds in the property for us. We have been staying at Carole’s place every Christmas for the last 5 years. It’s a great place. It’s a medieval house nearby the Porte Saint Jacques. You are transported to another time and this is precisely what makes this place so special. It’s great for families and groups. A word of caution, the house has 3 floors and stairs might not be suited for folks with reduced mobility.

Charming and pleasant house in which we felt at home. It is very well located, right in the heart of the village, right next to local shops while being quiet. Manue was very hospitable and friendly. Thank you for a very pleasant family stay.

It was in an atypical, colorful and lively house that Melanie welcomed us. We are in the original spirit of Airbnb namely, to spend a stay in a house where Mélanine and his family live! 😊 We donated our awakenings with their cat in a place decorated with plants. The house is located in the center of the village, the place is peaceful and easy to reach.

We had a nice stay, the toilet and bathroom in each of the bedrooms is very nice.

While traveling to Poitiers in April 2025, we rented this place for two nights. Everything about it is excellent The accommodation is very nice, well maintained, very well equipped (iron and ironing board, washing machine, walk-in shower with separate toilet). It is ideally, 5 minutes from the station on foot and 10 minutes from the city center. The owner Samuel is very easily reachable, responsive, accommodating and very friendly. I really recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

It is a very nice house with a lovely garden on a quiet street. A nice kitchen, a large living room, where we hardly sat . The bedroom upstairs is accessible via a somewhat steep staircase masr. The house was sparkling clean. Anna-Lise is a great host, nice and she responds quickly. The house is located near downtown Chauvigny. Beautiful and interesting area as well.

We only spent one night in the accommodation. Pleasant environment, pleasant house. The only small downside is that the sofa is not suitable for a relaxing evening with family or friends. It's a little small, only 2 seats, otherwise nothing to say about the rest of the house. Comfortable bedding.

My kids and I are delighted with our stay. We were warmly welcomed, advised and accompanied during our stay by Nathalie. The listing matched the description. It is very functional, very well equipped until the games and the space for children. Bedding is comfortable and bed linen is provided spotless.

For one night, the small studio in the city near a supermarket matched the descriptions, it is very well arranged, there is everything you need to be independent, the bathroom and toilet right next door, very clean, it's great. Monique is a simple and responsive person. I'll be back, I recommend it.

the house matches the photos. peaceful night, no noise. the little extras(coffee,tea...) and our host, very convenient for the time of our departure. i recommend it for a night or several nights because it's in a good location.

Very nice discovery in Pressac with this beautiful and large very atypical house. There were 12 of us with an animal and there were lots of spaces for everyone and all the amenities for our group. We enjoyed our stay and the kindness of our English hosts Nikki, Martin, Wendy and Matt. Thanks also to Mariann and Cliff who had everything ready before our arrival. We highly recommend this listing for reunions with family or friends .

A great short stay in this charming house. The family home spirit is there, with all the character of the old but the comfort of quality bedding! We only missed the sun that didn't deign to show the tip of his nose...

the accommodation is ideal for large families or family gatherings, its location less than 30 minutes from the Futuroscope makes it a remarkable asset. What's more, it's located in a very pretty village with a nice walk nearby. Yann is a thoughtful and responsive host. we will definitely be back to this place on a future trip to the area.
