Access to the historic city center 12 min walk, river and walks 8 min walk, Futuroscope 20 min drive, La Rochelle 1.5 hr drive.

There's also a balcony overlooking Rue Edouard Grimaux, a semi-pedestrian street. Enjoy Poitiers on foot in a comfortable apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator. TAP parking 200 m away.

Poitiers center, 5 minutes walk to Place Notre Dame, the rectorate, IAE and pedestrian streets, air-conditioned, independent at the bottom of our garden. Private terrace. Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine. WiFi (fiber) Independent entrance via the garage. No parties or events, no pets.
