Jean-Marc is an exceptional host! Very warm and attentive, he called me before my arrival to share all his good plans and tips to ensure that my stay went smoothly. Thanks to him, I was able to discover beautiful places around Lovagny and Annecy. The studio is perfectly optimized, clean, well-appointed and very pleasant to stay in. It is located in a quiet area, while being close to points of interest, and about 15-20 minutes from Annecy by car. I highly recommend this listing and thank Jean-Marc again for hosting us!

We had a lovely time at this place. Located in a quiet area while still close to Annecy, it's perfect :) we were hosted very well and the accommodation was great :)

We stayed for a month in this unit. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean, well furnished, comfortable and accessible to buses, a grocery store and other shops. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, with a great view and lovely deck. It is situated near the village centre. A nice bonus - it was close enough to the Gorge du Fier that it was walkable right from the unit. Corinne was responsive to our needs and was most gracious as a host. We strongly recommend this listing to others looking for a place in the Annecy area.
