Vacation rentals with a sauna in Poipu, Koloa

If you are in the area, this is a dream location to stay! Everything is nearby- beach, botanical gardens, restaurants, rentals- but the resort itself will amaze you! Absolutely gorgeous. Picturesque pool, clean restaurant with breakfast buffet, safe & professional reception. Brendan himself was extremely communicative, accommodating & helpful, 10/10 would recommend!

the whole process went very smooth for us from check in to check out! We will definitely come back in the future. This was a great location for us, convenient and close to shopping restaurants entertainment airport etc... Beautiful view of the Beach from the condo balcony that was only a 30 second walk away. Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

We loved our stay at this condo! The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of activities. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat. The overall setup of the condo, from the cozy ambiance to the hassle-free parking and key access, made it a safe and comfortable home base for our trip. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was a bit weak, which made it challenging to stay connected at times. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the condo had to offer.

It was a great place to stay. I guess the only thing I had issues with was the upstairs occupants . Felt like they were up pacing off and on through the night right above our bedroom. Only lasted about three night then I think they checked. Other than that was a great place. Unfortunately we didn’t use the amenities due to such a busy itinerary. But we did manage to walk around the last day to check it all out. We would stay there again. Was very convenient for us.

Great location

The resort had a nice ocean view. We especially liked being able to walk to stores and restaurants. We really liked the walkable, swimming beach there. We bought two Walmart chairs and sat in the shade of the trees. They provide a nice room for checked guests to sit, watch tv and store luggage. The staff were all very nice except the pool lady who yelled at certain guests (one with a four year old) for diving and then when they jumped in, she yelled at them again. We would definitely stay there again!

The Property is older but well Established and grounds are kept beautifully. Tons of lush vegetation and flowers. Very old Hawaii vibe. Guys out working on it every day. Lots of free parking, pool and open courts on property. Quiet and no street noise in building C. Loved our ocean front view from the 3rd floor. I rented on airBnB. Ours was less dated, very clean and ooooh that view ! The waves, sunsets and frontage were wow - (even though there's no calm beach to swim near there in winter). It’s not on par with Princeville but it’s 1/3 price and soooooo Convenient to lots of food options, walking/biking path/ laundry. Nice Little town next block over to walk, eat and shop. Food truck pod 5 blocks up. Super convenient to north or south and 15 min from the airport. We checked in at the front desk like a regular resort guest to get key cards. You need that for laundry and pool. A/C in front room but not in bedroom. Loved our stay ! Hope to return soon!

Our trip was last minute, spur of the moment and we were surprised we were able to get a booking the night before. It was very easy to find, the directions given were spot on. Staff here were so friendly and that’s a huge plus for us. This is a great family place, lots of activities to do. Room: wow! So big, lots of room, kitchen full of utensils and cookware to use. The closet has some beach chairs, ice coolers, etc to use. Central AC, ceiling fans and extra fans to use. The only thing we were concerned about was our door lock. Only one lock that’s in the door knob, we would have liked an extra top lock for a peace of mind, but it’s ok! Lots of parking but also a lot of restaurants and stores are in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and 10/10 would come again!

The Condo had everything we needed. Location was excellent and the staff there was extra friendly and helpful. We look forward to future stays here.

We had a wonderful time at Kaylin’s place. The kids enjoyed having a cat around (we have a dog at home). The house is perfectly located if you are looking for a quite place, surrounded by wonderful nature. It really was the best decision ever to come to Kauai and stay at this wonderful place. We didn’t mind it at all, but something to consider: there is no key (you can’t lock the house - which was a pleasant surprise for us, to live in a place where this is still common), there are many spiders and their webs outside. Just something to be mindful about when walking e.g. in the garden - to avoid having them in your face. Again: We didn’t mind it at all. Great to be in a place which is so integrated with its nature and surroundings. I especially enjoyed the wonderful view every morning, looking straight at green nature. Just mind blowing. Also, there are many attractions nearby like the best beaches and nature walks - which Kaylin suggested for us. It was a wonderful vacation. Thanks!

Beautiful location with an incredibly responsive and caring management company, 5 stars for their stellar communication. Everything in good working order. Plenty of space to spread out. Lovely patio. We enjoyed the comfy couch at night for movies. The unit is showing some wear on carpet and walls as it has been rented nightly, but overall great.

This was such an amazing stay! Each day was filled with the wonderful, welcoming bird sounds (especially that cackling rooster) to the cozy, melodic rain on the lanai. The property was immaculately clean and we were welcomed with yummy local treats, courtesy of our host! There are split AC units as well as ceiling fans, if needed. The interior and decor of the property was tasteful and relatively bug-free! The kitchen was well stocked with plentiful equipment as well as spices and tea. Additionally, there were: beach chairs, parasols, boogie boards, a cart, a floatie, and pickleball rackets available for use as well Only 5 minutes from Poipu Beach, where we had the chance to see turtles as well as a monk seal. Would recommend and stay at this Airbnb again! Definitely would stay here again!
