Two private king suites in this lovely condo are nestled in Poipu's heart. This exquisite 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers a breathtaking partial view of the ocean and sunrise!. The location is at the beginning of Mahaulepu Heritage Trail along the coastline. Our loving condo has moderate decor, on the first floor, has convenient access, and opens to a beautiful acre of flat lawn area. Putting the beach chairs by the lawn, and admiring the sunrise or moonrise, makes a perfect island retreat.

This very comfortable resort provides 2Swimming pools and 2jacuzzis and Free bike rent and so on. The spacious studio has a comfortable Cal king Size bed with a private full bath. The roomy fully equipped kitchenette. We don't have a hot plate but offers you a dishwasher, Airfly,Electric Skillet, Omelet & Frittata Maker, Mini toaster oven and all kitchen stuff and there are many outdoor BBQ area. We could cook easily simple meal and BBQ.

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family—clean, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and easy to tidy up at departure. The location was incredibly convenient, with a small shopping center (including a Safeway) right across the street. It was also within walking distance to Kapaa, where we found great restaurants and bars. The “Sleeping Giant” trailhead was nearby, as were boat tours, making it a great spot for exploring the area. Amir was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We also appreciated having access to the condo’s pool, and the beach with loungers was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again! A quick note—the condo faces the shopping center rather than the ocean, this wasn’t an issue for us at all. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Hands down my favorite Airbnb ever. Also, fantastic experience with host! Description is accurate- steps to the beach. Also 5 min walk to poipu beach where sea turtles are just laying out all day. I love that the place is on the bottom floor because you just open the sliding doors and you are surrounded by beautiful landscaping and then if you like, you take a short walk to the beach. My family enjoyed meals on the patio and my kids loved playing outside on the grass. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make a lovely meal. The club is an extra bonus if your kids love water slides. Restaurants and shopping are also close by. The place is very clean and extremely pleasant. Will definitely book again.

This condo is in an amazing location—just a ten minute walk to the beach, if that. We really appreciated the beach gear and the clean, open feel to the place. Make sure you bring your own coffee and breakfast supplies and your first morning will be a smooth landing!

This is an excellent location, and very comfortable place. We had everything we needed, and then some. My only slight disappointment was the condo pool did not have a jacuzzi, but access to the health club nearby made up for it. that was a fun spot with great drinks and snacks. The condo location is perfect for the Poipu beach area, super convenient and easy access. Will definitely stay again. what a great place, and a great value.

Such a beautiful place the enjoy Kauai. Well equipped with everything we needed to head to the beach or stay in to grill. The pool was a perfect oasis to rest and plan the day. We took advantage of the pickle ball court as well! The placement of the condo was perfect to enjoy the ocean view, pool access, grill and the gate leading to walkways and the sunset view. We'll be back!

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

Greg is an awesome host. He was very clear specific with the directions to access the unit, recommendations where to eat, and was able to accommodate us with an early check in. Greg's unit is beautiful, clean, and had everything my family and I needed to make us feel at home. The location is great, with the beautiful pool and the white sand beach, where my children spent most of their time looking for shells. I highly recommend visiting Kauai, and Greg's unit makes it even better. Mahalo Greg

This villa was perfect for our family visit. Everyone had plenty of space, we loved the view of the mountains from our lanai/s. Kitchen was well equipped and made cooking in easy. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and coolers too! Would highly recommend. Close to everything!

Great location in Poipu and an easy walk to the beach. Never had to worry about parking at the beach which was a huge plus for this popular location. Multiple restaurants walkable and wagons with chairs and umbrella made it an all around full service experience. The beds and pillows were very comfortable including the pullout bed. The pool area is right outside the door with lounge chairs to start and end your day. We truly loved our time here. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you
