Beach condo vacation rentals in Poipu Beach

Quite condo with what felt like a private beach area. Plenty of cooking supplies although no spices or oil so bring your own. Bed was very comfy, nice to have ac.

The highlight was the breathtaking view, making every morning feel like a dream. What really stood out was Briana's outstanding communication — she responded promptly to all our questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The resort itself was well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Ocean Views! Our family of four had an amazing stay! The space was perfect for us- comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. Best of all—the incredible ocean view! We could hear the waves crashing from the unit and were even lucky enough to see whales jumping and splashing in the ocean and a seal napping on the beach below—such a special experience! The beds were super comfy, and the spacious bathtubs were great for relaxing. Our kids loved the huge pool and waterslides (so did we!). The location was ideal—close to the airport, with easy access to both the north and south of the island. A grocery store across the street made stocking up easy, and there were tons of fantastic food options nearby. To top it all off, our host, Lisa, was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a stress-free stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Vicky was incredibly helpful before we arrived and during our stay. Her area recommendations were spot on and super helpful. She helped us find a few hidden gems in the area, and reinforced an idea we already had on our list of things to do. She handled a hiccup on the first day with quick communication, grace and kindness. The condo unit is exactly as described, in perfect shape, has all that we needed and more. Super convenient to use the beach chairs and boogie boards and condo unit provides beach towels- all to make the experience easier for travelers. We appreciated the oceanfront location, sound of the waves, views, proximity to snorkeling / lifeguarded beach at the park right next door. The location also makes an easy drive both north to Hanalei Bay and south/west to poipu and or Waimea canyon. Instructions for the house were perfect and spot on. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. When we do, we will absolutely stay here again.

Great little gem of a spot. Dolphins and whales jumping off just a few 100yards from the balcony. Amazing sun rises. Pecan breakfast sweets just across the road.

Such a great location right by the beach. The unit has an A\C however it never really felt cold on the requested settings. Literally has every kitchen gadget needed. Mahalo.

We absolutely loved the place. It was beautiful, clean and so homey. Very nicely decorated - you see the love that has been put into it. It was not always as private or quiet, or easy to find but in the end everything went super smooth and it was exactly what we needed. If it wasn’t booked we would’ve extended our stay at least another night or two here. The location was perfect, and Andrea was super attentive, helpful and kind.

Can’t beat the views, central location & aloha at Cash’s place. Waking up to sunrise each morning was a dream. Cozy and comfortable for a long weekend.

We loved staying in Princeville only 10 minutes to Hanalei. The view is outstanding from morning to night. We really enjoyed the lounge at the resort when we didn’t feel like going into town or cooking, there was live music which was nice. We would stay here again no question. Mahalo!

Excellent location for beautiful morning walks and access to some of the most scenic beaches on island. We appreciated having the filtered water pitcher in the fridge, spacious dining table, and beach gear. Loved the solid surface flooring it felt new and clean, much better than units with carpet. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

We had the most beautiful view of the resort and ocean. Enjoyed the Oasis restaurant on the last night of our stay. It was delicious. The resort location was perfect location for going up north or south on the island. Grocery was right across the street as well as many wonderful eateries nearby. Everything went smooth. Olga was a great host!

Hands down my favorite Airbnb ever. Also, fantastic experience with host! Description is accurate- steps to the beach. Also 5 min walk to poipu beach where sea turtles are just laying out all day. I love that the place is on the bottom floor because you just open the sliding doors and you are surrounded by beautiful landscaping and then if you like, you take a short walk to the beach. My family enjoyed meals on the patio and my kids loved playing outside on the grass. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make a lovely meal. The club is an extra bonus if your kids love water slides. Restaurants and shopping are also close by. The place is very clean and extremely pleasant. Will definitely book again.

Our stay was amazing. My boys and I were very impressed with the condo, its size, and the resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, the pool and waterslides were great fun, and we were just across the street from the grocery store, starbucks, ice cream shaved ice etc...love it!

Amazing location on the east side of Kauai serves as a great home base for some adventures all around the island. The first floor unit and lanai with a beautiful grass lawn between you and the ocean was perfect for the kids to have space to run and play. The beach at the condo was perfect for the morning sunrise, but not the best swimming beach. To swim and play, if we weren’t in the pool, we preferred a few other beaches in the area. Shopping was really close by with great restaurants within easy walking distance. Thanks for letting us use your place. Our family didn’t want to leave!

The home was as advertised. Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The lania was great for coffee in the morning. The location was great. The community pool, hot tub, kid's wading pool and gym were right across the street but we didn't hear noise from the pool area. It was about a ten minute walk to a shopping mall with restaurants, bakery, Starbucks and other stores. The ocean was a quick drive or about a 20 minute walk away. We had two small problems that the property manager corrected the same day we notified him.

You can’t beat the location. The condo was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, a large variety of beach items, and the cooler was an added touch. The condo was very clean and the resort is beautiful. The pool and beach area were amazing. Claire was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying at her condo.

We loved staying at Mike’s beautiful townhome! Such a great space with three bedrooms and three baths and it was the perfect layout for our family of five! He had everything you need, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and a very helpful wagon to walk it all down to the beach! We highly recommend staying here for the friendly communication, wonderful accommodations, and great location!! Mahalo Mike!!!
