Apartment with exceptional sea view. Vintage and imperfect but very nice. It will be renovated in january 2026. In front of the mythical oyster beds of Cancale. In the distance, the majestic profile of the Mont Saint-Michel. A permanent show just under your windows, according to the tides. Perfect place for a dreamed time in the north of Brittany (Saint-Malo, Dinard…) Private parking space, downtown Cancale at 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and oyster market at 10-15 minutes walk along the sea.

It is very suitable for families and small groups of friends, wishing to enjoy an exceptional sea view journey (3 windows with sea view) in a cozy and modern apartment. The garden (2000m2) leads to the famous "Coastal path" with direct sea access (view of the oyster beds). The window allow views over the Mont-Saint-Michel!

Beautiful house with a very large garden located in the heart of Cancale. Very quiet and pleasant environment. Everything is on foot and everything is easy: shops, the port and restaurants! The house, with its 300 m2, offers very pleasant living spaces for great conviviality, and also quiet and spacious rooms. The sea and coastal trails are 10 minutes walk.
