Had such a great weekend at Pamela’s place she was extremely responsive and the place was exactly as described. The location was perfect less than a block to the boardwalk walkable to so many great places. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Belmar! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach weekend. The location was super convenient—an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. The space was just as described, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and in the cozy living area. It felt like a great home base after a day out in the sun. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great experience and a spot we'd definitely come back to for another stay in Belmar.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with all the essentials. The host was responsive and welcoming, and the location made everything easily accessible. While it was on the pricier side, the overall experience and quality did reflect that. If you're looking for a cozy, well maintained spot and don't mind spending a bit more, this is a great choice. Would recommend.

Kathleen and her family are what airbnb was originally made for. It was a pleasure to stay in their thought out and curated home. Little careful details like keeping the kitchen stocked with cleaning product and make up wipes in the bathroom are a lost art nowadays. Can’t wait to rebook and return to the cottage! Thank you!!!

Christopher was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful! As well as informative regarding things to do during our stay!! The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our group. The whole home was very clean and had plenty of helpful amenities!!

My family enjoyed Elvira’s place. It was clean and you felt right at home. We liked fishing right on the bay and it was really nice how close to the water it was. Caroline was super nice and responsive too. It was wonderful how they provided everything you could need! We had two little babies so it was a bit too tight of a space for our family, but would love to return without the babies sometime! 😂❤️ the location was also great! We loved how private the home felt and the cute little community it’s in. Thank you so much!

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Donovan was a great host, very responsive. The house is simply fabulous. Bay setting gorgeous and complete with hot tub, pool and fire pit all of which we used. The bedrooms were very large and fully equipped with everything needed. There is nothing I would change about our stay. Donovan has a book in the house that tells you all about the house and the events/ restaurants etc. It’s an ideal party house with an outdoor kitchen and indoor second kitchen complete with ice maker, wine coolers and supplies. But we were there for the relaxation and it was perfect for that too! I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

This was the perfect spot for a nostalgic family vacation on the Jersey Shore! We couldn't have asked for a better home for the week for my family of four + my parents + my sister and Bro-in-Law. We had an amazing week lounging around the house, the immaculate front deck, the spacious backyard, as well as easy 1-block walks to the beach and boardwalk. The house was the perfect mix of communal space and private bedrooms... all excellently decked out with comfortable and elegant furniture that was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Special Note, the 1sr floor bdrm and bthrm was great for my elderly parents. The finishing detail was the beach equipment that came along with the house. The beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs as well as the basket of beach toys + the two fishing rods (one adult, one child) were the perfect accessories to let me kids play in the sand and see my son fish with is grandpa. :) We made memories that will last a lifetime. :)

Great location in Belmar. Walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Tami was a very generous host and we had everything we needed for a beach weekend. Communication was seamless. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!

Lorine was extremely helpful during my stay. We arrived to the house in beautiful condition. It was cozy and clean and the view of the water from the porch was perfect . Our stay was peaceful and the pictures did not do the house justice! The two bedrooms were much bigger than expected, the space was cozy but spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed including a binder with some tips and a menu of some places to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend Lizette and Lorine’s place for a relaxing getaway if you’re staying in Long branch, NJ, visiting Monmouth and/or hoping to be close to beaches!

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

This was one of the best stays we’ve had! Christina was super helpful, understanding and super accommodating! The atmosphere was everything we were looking for! We can’t wait to stay there again! Thank you Christina!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect- it was an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Lots of street parking and the host provided everything we needed for a great beach weekend- including towels, beach tags and chairs. The host was very helpful and quick to respond.

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

My best friend and I enjoyed a summer weekend in Belmar at Joanne’s rental. It was exactly as the pictures show and it was perfect! The beach was about a 10 minute walk which was great and the street was mostly quiet. The beach locker housed plenty of chairs and an umbrella and we utilized the beach passes every day. Parking on the street wasn’t always available, so parking in the driveway was a huge plus. It was nice to use the outdoor shower to rinse off our feet after the beach, and the front porch was the perfect place to read and eat dinner. The central air worked great and cooled the small space easily. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice, big, and clean. Joanne so generous to let us stay a little bit after checkout and read on her porch to wait out a rainstorm. She was also flexible with check-in. She is very responsive and kind. I hope to return to this lovely place in the future! Would highly recommend!

Very cute apartment in a great location. Private, peaceful and relaxing with breathtaking views of the bay. Amazing sunrise/sunsets. Annette was a great host making us feel welcome with some delicious treats upon arrival. Great communication. House was equipped with everything we could’ve needed and House Binder had all the info clearly spelled out. Would highly recommended and will definitely be back for a sweet escape!

Place very clean, spacious. Beds comfortable. Is on a busy road and close to fire station so sirens can be heard. Host always communicated. Liked the little extras, shampoo , conditioner & shower gel. Paper towel and toilet paper to start you off. Providing beach badges, chairs and towels what an added bonus!!

We stayed for the week as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children). The condo is on the third floor and was easily accessible for check in. The space was immaculate, modern, spacious and well layed out, which made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen was super clean and had all amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were just the right size. The bathroom has the laundry in it and was also very clean and well lit. The entire home is decorated beautifully with a beachy/ Jersey shore theme. We appreciated the TVs and AC in the bedrooms and the two different coffee makers in the kitchen give people a great choice! We enjoyed the short, easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Also, the binder with all instructions and restaurant/ activity recommendations was amazing! The beach passes were a big plus! Overall, Danielle was so very thoughtful and welcoming with all her details in the home. We can't wait to stay again!

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was extremely cared for, clean and well decorated. The location is a few feet from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Charleen is very attentive and proactive as a host and the instructions are clear. and simple. We appreciated a clean vacuum cleaner to keep the place tidy. The laundry is easily accessible and we enjoyed a basement that is dry and in order. There is literally everything in this place to enjoy your time. On of the best I experienced. If not my top one in 11 years on the platform. Well done!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

Julianna’s place was clean and she was very friendly. The only thing was the sink was leaking. I called them right away and they were quick to help. Attentive. Overall great stay great location it was 1 min walk to the boardwalk which has everything to do.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!
