If you like to bike, be on a river, be close to Morgantown, but not IN Morgantown, this place is for you! The locale was ideal for me to bike into Star City and Morgantown. The cottage is next to a kayak launch, a rail-trail, it is Grandma-cozy, well-stocked and exceptionally clean. The decor is a throwback to more peaceful times but with an added benefit of WiFi and a smart tv. The pooch and I loved sitting on the back porch to watch the river happenings and also on the sunny front porch to read and watch the action on the trail. We were able to kayak, bike, walk, and to travel a short distance to fantastic breweries, parks and nature trails. Pat was extremely responsive, it’s obvious she cared about our experience.

great little house with everything you need 10min away from cooper rock state forest for great hiking and bouldering. Kelly was very responsive. I recommend this place.

Ted and Toni were awesome! They answered every time we needed them and were always willing to help or even just chit chat…they have a beautiful family and were awesome to be around. They have some pretty nice dogs to play with too! Can’t be more thankful for them during our stay than we are. They gave us a sweet card to congratulate us on our little one on the way and it truly was the sweetest.
