A cozy, well-equipped and modern cottage in Laanila, completed in the early part of 2024, about 3 km from the center of Saariselkä. The cottage is located close to skiing, biking and hiking trails. The cottage has one bedroom and a spacious loft. The cottage comfortably accommodates 5 people. The spacious kitchen-living room has a beautiful forest view. The sauna department is luxurious and modern. There is a free parking lot and a heat pole in the yard of the cottage. There is a small warehouse for outdoor equipment.

Nice apartment and meeting with happy reindeer

The apartment is renovated in the year 2017 and it is a part of the bigger building. It is located 400 meters from our home ( and the lake), 18 km from Inari (nearest grocery and restaurants) and 350 km from Rovaniemi. In the apartment you will find all normal facilities and sauna. This is a good place to see Northern Lights and beautiful nature is around you here. If you are interested to see how people really live in Lappland, but you also appreciate your own peace, this place is for you.

Peaceful log cabin by the lake Inari

Peaceful log accommodation located next to the lake Inari. Main building, sauna building and hut. A parking lot and pier at lake. Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. At summer 230V electricity with inverter and at winter with a generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a two fireplaces and gas heater.

Savu has also an exotic smoke sauna in the same building what you can also rent for an extra fee. Hot tube is also possible to rent. Ice swimming is possible as well.

Our luxury is peace and quiet under the starry sky and northern lights. You can get there by car, but you don't have to see anyone during your entire stay if you don't want to, but you're still only about 45 minutes from the city center. We are sure that you will fall in love with our peaceful cabin in the middle of snow and northern lights. The cottage is always warm when you arrive, and we will take care of you throughout your stay as if you were our friends.
