Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Poggiardo

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

We had a really great time at Valerias place. Everything is as described and better. Daniela welcomed us warmly and throughout our 3 weeks there she was always reachable and happy to help us out. Valerias cosy house was a great base for us from which we we able to explore the beautiful beaches and towns of the Salento region. On cloudier days our two sons (1 and 2) enjoyed playing in the closed backyard. The pizzeria next door offers delicious pizza and pasta and they even Lent us a vacuum cleaner to clean out the rental car. The same basically goes for the whole town. Everybody was really friendly and welcoming, especially towards our kids 🙃. Close by you can also find a really nice bakery with delicious bread, pinsa and other delicacies. I could go on like this for some time, but I don't want to bore anyone with the details of our trip. So to wrap it up: I can fully recommend staying at Valeria's! We would love to come back some day.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ersilia, la maison est très cosy et le jardin très bien entretenu. la piscine est un vrai avantage et nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse tous les jours. Ersilia et son mari sont tres gentils et disponibles.

We had the most amazing time at the Masseria! The property is beautifully curated … rooms full of character and quirky details, spacious and most of all homely . The large outdoor area allows for al fresco dining and plenty of socialising. Beautiful pool area and gardens …the attention to detail is incredible. Thank you Francesca for creating such a wonderful home and allowing us to share it !

Adoro i posti con la vista mare dall’alto. Ho amato questo posto. Sopratutto la stanza al piano terra…. Da dove ho potuto ammirare tutte le mattine l’alba magica! Antonella è stata molto accogliente e sempre reattiva! L’unica pecca e non poter accedere al mare direttamente da lì. Sarebbe favoloso se potessero trovare un modo per farlo. Il posto è adatto per chi ama la tranquillità il vento e il rumore del mare! ❤️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Anwesen ist perfekt für einen ruhigen und privaten Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Es ist ein tolles Erlebnis in dem sehr schön fertig gemachten Trullo zu übernachten und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Hier wachsen Zitronen und Feigen, überall duftet es nach Kräutern und immer wieder schaut eine dreifarbige Glückskatze vorbei um Streicheleinheiten zu erbitten. Auch die Nähe zum wunderschönen Meer macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely incredible time at Enrica’s home, I think this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Super central in the historic centre but so quiet, large comfortable beds, amazing balcony, plus the home is so much bigger than the photos! I hope to be back very soon and would recommend 100%. Très bon accueil de Marina et très gentil. Très pratique sa machine à laver et en plus avec les pastilles à disposition. Logement très propre et bonne literie. Bonne continuation

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het prachtige appartement. Vooral op het dakterras was het heerlijk verblijven in de ochtend met ontbijt en koffie, en in de avond met een heerlijk wijntje. Uitzicht was prachtig. Verder heeft het appartement goede bedden en prima badkamers. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum dus veel restaurantjes en de haven op loopafstand. Een aanrader!

Great place to stay to use as home base. Quiet little town but 15 minutes or so in any direction and there is a fabulous caffé, beach, restaurant etc. The courtyard is fabulous. The kitchen well equipped. Great water pressure in the shower. Very responsive host. Description matches the listing.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Artist's Apartment and would recommend to anyone visiting Lecce! The space had everything we needed and a beautiful terrace, with a hammock - perfect for relaxing after seeing the city. The shower is very small but this didn't bother us. The place is walkable to the beautiful old town and has air-con. The host let us in slightly early which was really helpful and appreciated. The flat was beautiful and had fun quirky art everywhere - we loved our stay!

Davide was super responsive and friendly, we enjoyed our stay the apartment is full of details and clean. We arrive later than plan he was super flexible on the check-in.

Il nostro soggiorno a Castrignano del Capo è stato un vero sogno! La casa di Lorenzo è un autentico gioiello: curata con gusto nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e immersa nella quiete più assoluta. Incantevole il terrazzo, affacciato su un uliveto secolare che regala una pace difficile da descrivere a parole. Un’esperienza sensoriale e rigenerante. Un grande merito va anche a Lorenzo, alla mamma Antonella e al papà Pietro, sempre disponibili e attenti. Ci hanno accolti con calore, fornendoci consigli preziosi sui luoghi da visitare, sui ristoranti tipici e sulle spiagge più belle. Sempre presenti se necessario, ma con grande discrezione. La posizione è ideale: in pochi minuti si raggiungono le meravigliose spiagge del Salento e i borghi autentici dell’entroterra salentino. Castrignano è un paesino tranquillo ma vivo, con gente cordiale e disponibile. È il posto perfetto per chi cerca bellezza, silenzio, natura e autenticità. Abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore qui! Straconsigliato!

L’appartement est très joli, déco moderne, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Lorenzo. Les échanges par téléphone étaient très clairs, appartement facile à trouver explications très précises. Lorenzo est très réactif!

Il soggiorno da Emanuela è stato sorprendente. Il giardino curatissimo, nonostante il caldo salentino tutto era verde: il prato, gli alberi di ibiscus, di limone, di mandarino, di nocciole. Spesso Gigi ci omaggiava dei frutti della terra. Accoglienza al top. Emanuela è sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni richiesta. La loro è una presenza certa ma discreta. L’appartamento molto confortevole e fresco. A pochi minuti delle più belle spiagge del Salento. Tranquillità e comodità sono le parole che meglio descrivono il soggiorno. Ritorneremo.

This place was even more beautiful than the photos. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked. Sunrises were magical. Ada and her husband were so very kind and helpful with any questions we had. This place is a perfect oasis for a group gathering. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. So much to see and do right on site including pool and outdoor pizza oven. Several little spots to eat or have a drink with sea view within minutes. Santa Maria Di Leuca is only 15 minutes away with many terrific restaurants and touring options!

jardin très agréable. maison suffisamment grande pour 4 adultes puisqu'on disposait de 3 chambres. 1 couple et 2 célibataires. pièce de vie confortable pour le soir, petit déjeuner au soleil... cuisine bien équipée. les petits plus, l'accueil joyeux de Salavatore, et le départ ou le couple nous a fourni des douceurs. emplacement en plein centre du salento ce qui fait que la plupart des destinations sont très faciles d'accès. We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in phantastischer Lage. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und werden sicher wieder kommen. Der Gastgeber Alberto ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Für alle die einen individuellen Urlaub suchen genau das richtige. Danke Alberto

We had such a great time. As a party of 11 the villa felt spacious and had everything we needed. The pasta making class and dinner cooked at the villa provided by Daniela were brilliant and delicious! We would love to come back!

I booked this villa for my family for a mini trip and everything was perfect. Beautiful house, lovely location and Marco was an exceptional host. Extremely good value for money given the standard of the accommodation. Would absolutley have no hesitation in recommending Marcos place

Wow! This house is beautiful, truly a piece of art to be admired. The house is perfect and unlike many Airbnb’s the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook properly. Andrano is a wonderful town, the people are so friendly and we loved the cafe around the corner and the fresh produce market right outside our door. A fabulous base to visit many beautiful towns and beaches and not swarming with tourists like other places we stayed in Italy. Would love to come back again! Our only advice to the owner- perhaps an owners manual with more info on local restaurants and things to do. We found some amazing places to visit, but always love local recommendations too.

Könnte ich 10 Sterne vergeben hätten Paolo als Gastgeber und das Haus auch diese verdient! Paolo ist schon bei der Vorbereitung der Reise proaktiv, immer super freundlich und macht große Lust auf den Aufenthalt. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat er sich immer erkundigt ob uns auch an nichts fehlt. Mr. Gino hat uns vor Ort begrüßt und immer nach dem Rechten gesehen. Das Haus, der unglaubliche Garten und der Pool waren noch schöner als auf den Bildern - und diese sind schon gropßartig. Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Salento und wollten viele Ausflüge machen ( Paolo hat super Tipps und Restaurant Empfehlungen! ). Aber da wird das Haus so schön fanden und uns nicht trennen konnten haben wir auf den ein oder anderen Ausflug verzichtet. Dieser Ort ist zu 100% eine Empfehlung.
