Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Wir haben eine Woche inklusive der Ostertage in Torte delle Stelle verbracht. Die Umgebung war ruhig und wir haben die Zeit auf der grossen Wiese mit Whirlpool und Sauna sehr genossen. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass mit den Spielsachen im Haus. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Aufgrund der Feiertage hatten viele Restaurants geschlossen, aber wir haben uns selbst bekocht und in der gut ausgestatteten Küche alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Bei Fragen war die Ansprechperson immer erreichbar und hat uns geholfen. Wir sind absolut zufrieden und würden sofort wieder die gleiche Unterkunft buchen.

Hi Bronya & Antonello We have tremendously enjoyed our two weeks stay at your clean well-equipped apartment in Villenova Cagliari that was a most comfortable base for our planned exploration of the city and the more local area. You have been a most attentive host providing an accurate welcome pack that we referred to regularly for guidance ( bus 7 is a most interesting circular ride around the old citadel) with the market San Benedetto just 5 Minutes’ walk and cucina eat dining about 10 minutes away or an evening’s stroll up to the Bagni Pubblici di piazza costituzione and back about 90 Minutes. We recommend visitors using the bus service down load the CTM bus finder APP and purchase a 7 day ride card for 12 euros that can be topped up if required and get a hard map of the city as mobile signal strength can be a sporadic in the narrow streets. We used Get your Guide APP booking 3 major tours. Lots more to say but few characters left. Thanks Andy and Mandy. 45 years anniversary x

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

TOLLES APPARTMENT ZUM WOHLFÜHLEN super eingerichtet. Kaffee, Chips, Säfte und Wasser schon beim Empfang bereitgestellt Küche sogar mit Gewürzen, Nudeln, Essig, Öl usw. ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr und Utensilien sehr sauber, schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, ruhige Lage tolle und einfache Kommunikation mit Taty, jederzeit erreichbar und immer mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zur Hilfe absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!

The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

He was extremely nice and responsive to all of our questions! The place had a gorgeous view and he helped us find restaurants and beaches nearby

Wir haben uns bei Elisabetta wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie ist ein toller Host und hat uns beim Check-in persönlich durch die Wohnung geführt und sofort viele Tipps zum Erkunden der Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet - in Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein Supermarkt - sehr praktisch. In 20 min zu Fuß erreicht man die historische Innenstadt von Cagliari. Mit dem Auto kann man die Strände der Umgebung besuchen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Elisabetta und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

È stato un soggiorno stupendo dalla casa di Anna. Siamo stati accolti generosamente e con dolcezza. Era un vero piacere di ascoltare le sue storie. La casa è un piccolo paradiso con un punto di vista incredibile dal balcone e una anima tutta particolare. L’appartamento è situato perfettamente tra il centro, i ristoranti, la vecchia città ma è in una zona molto tranquilla. Grazie Anna.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Danieles Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Alles war sauber und Daniele war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern alles was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussenküche und der wunderschöne private Strand mit SUPs. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The house is outstanding for 6 people, we been traveling first time to discover Sardinia and the house is spacious and has nice garden we found all the property very clean. Also the house is located close to Coop groceries very important if you planning to prepare food at home and the beach is very close too. Air conditioning works good and kitchen ans living room were very nice. Communication with Laura was always good.

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Le logement était propre, rangé et équipé d’absolument tout le nécessaire. Literie confortable, moustiquaires partout. Mention spéciale pour le petit sac isotherme, très pratique pour emmener pique nique et boisson fraîche ☺️ Le parapluie également nous a bien dépannés - meme si je ne souhaite pas aux prochains d’avoir à l’utiliser ! Pas de mauvaise surprise bien au contraire, l’appartement est conforme aux photos / descriptions. L’endroit est paisible et jouit d’une vue magnifique 😍 plage accessible très facilement. Simonetta est prévenante et réactive, elle n’est pas avare de recommandations 😄 Encore merci ! 🙏 et au plaisir 😉

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

Lovely and responsive host. Place is spacious and clean. Practical in decoration, not fancy but nice environment.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren drei (kleinen) Kindern in Claires Haus verbracht. Für uns als Familie war das Haus mit dem kleinen Pool absolut perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und sogar Olivenöl und Geschirrspültabs, sowie Seife und Geschirrtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Handtücher sowie Badetücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt und man muss diese nicht unnötig von zu Hause mitschleppen. Der Pool hat den Kindern super gefallen und auch die Strände, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen (ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar) waren absolut empfehlenswert. Francesco, der sich um alle Belange während unseres Aufenthaltes gekümmert hat, ist ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war bei allen Problemen direkt zur Stelle und hat uns noch mit zusätzlichen Tipps versorgt, was wir mit den Kindern alles unternehmen könnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Davides hus. Vacker utsikt , fin uteplats och härlig pool. Davide var väldigt snäll och svarade snabbt på våra meddelanden när vi hade frågor. Huset hade allt man behöver och extra lyxigt var att alla sovrum hade eget badrum .
