The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We spent a week including Easter in Torte delle Stelle. The surroundings were quiet and we enjoyed the time on the large lawn with hot tub and sauna. The kids had a lot of fun with the toys in the house. The beach is within walking distance. Due to the holidays, many restaurants were closed, but we cooked ourselves and found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. If we had any questions, the contact person was always available and helped us. We are absolutely satisfied and would immediately book the same place again.

Hi Bronya & Antonello We have tremendously enjoyed our two weeks stay at your clean well-equipped apartment in Villenova Cagliari that was a most comfortable base for our planned exploration of the city and the more local area. You have been a most attentive host providing an accurate welcome pack that we referred to regularly for guidance ( bus 7 is a most interesting circular ride around the old citadel) with the market San Benedetto just 5 Minutes’ walk and cucina eat dining about 10 minutes away or an evening’s stroll up to the Bagni Pubblici di piazza costituzione and back about 90 Minutes. We recommend visitors using the bus service down load the CTM bus finder APP and purchase a 7 day ride card for 12 euros that can be topped up if required and get a hard map of the city as mobile signal strength can be a sporadic in the narrow streets. We used Get your Guide APP booking 3 major tours. Lots more to say but few characters left. Thanks Andy and Mandy. 45 years anniversary x

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

GREAT APARTMENT TO FEEL GOOD superbly furnished. Coffee, chips, juices and water already provided at the reception Kitchen even equipped with spices, pasta, vinegar, oil, etc., plenty of dishes and utensils very clean, beautiful view to the sea, quiet location great and easy communication with Taty, always available and always with tips and recommendations to help absolute recommendation!!!

The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

We felt at home at Elisabetta's. She is a great host and personally guided us through the apartment at check-in and immediately gave us many tips for exploring the area. The apartment is fully equipped - in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, everything you need is available. Directly opposite the apartment is a supermarket - very convenient. In 20 minutes' walk you can reach the historic city center of Cagliari. By car you can visit the beaches of the area. We had a great stay at Elisabetta's and highly recommend the place.

It was a wonderful stay at Anna's house. We were welcomed generously and kindly. It was a real pleasure to hear your stories. The house is a small paradise with an incredible view from the balcony and a very special soul. The apartment is perfectly located between the center, restaurants, the old town but is in a very quiet area. Thank you Anna.

We had a great time at Daniel's apartment. The apartment is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything was clean and Daniele was very friendly and helpful. With two children, we had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful private beach with SUPs. We will be happy to come back!

The house is outstanding for 6 people, we been traveling first time to discover Sardinia and the house is spacious and has nice garden we found all the property very clean. Also the house is located close to Coop groceries very important if you planning to prepare food at home and the beach is very close too. Air conditioning works good and kitchen ans living room were very nice. Communication with Laura was always good.

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We thank her with all our heart and wish her and her family all the best and look forward to a next time 🥰

The accommodation was clean, tidy and equipped with absolutely all the necessities. Comfortable bedding, mosquito nets everywhere. Special mention for the small insulated bag, very convenient to bring picnic and cold drink ☺️ The umbrella also helped us a lot - even if I don't want the next ones to have to use it! No unpleasant surprises on the contrary, the apartment complies with the photos / descriptions. The place is peaceful and enjoys a beautiful 😍 beach view very easily accessible. We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

We had a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwasher tabs, as well as soap and dish towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you do not have to unnecessarily drag them from home. The children loved the pool and the beaches, which are in the immediate vicinity (easily accessible on foot or by car), were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all our needs during our stay, is an incredibly likeable and helpful person. He was right there for all problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Davide's house. Beautiful view , nice patio and lovely pool. Davide was very kind and responded quickly to our messages when we had questions. The house had everything you need and extra luxurious was that all bedrooms had their own bathroom .
