Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

Beautiful well-equipped apartment in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Supermarkets are 10 minutes walk, the most beautiful beaches can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. Lisa is absolutely charming and efficient. Will stay again.

Walter is a very helpful and kind person, I stayed two nights with my wife and daughter and we had a great time, the area is quiet, the beach and the area are very nice, unfortunately in December everything is closed regarding restaurants and pizzerias

Paola's apartment is comfortable, well equipped and very nice, nothing is really missing! It is also located in a quiet area of the town. Paola welcomed us and gave us all the necessary information for a good stay, and was available for all our needs. We had a good time and will return if possible!

The house is well maintained, clean, and equipped with any comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). In 8 we were very comfortable thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces. The location is also very convenient, being the country in which it is very well cared for and equipped with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, and some places where you can eat and drink well spending the right amount). Stefano, the owner, was a great person. She helped us resolve a car issue, making herself completely available.

A beautiful home located in a quiet area, well-connected to the town centre, buses for other cities in Sardegna, and the summer beach shuttle. Highly, highly recommended

Very nice and comfortable place, near Parco Sette Fratelli. Paola and her husband were very nice and the communication was very good. The house was very clean and has a nice view on the balcony. Recommended! :)

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

Secluded, private, beautifully green lush area, where to feel one with the nature. Spotted a Jay flying by every day (sometimes even sitting on our porch) . Saw deer, kestrels, robins etc. As we were there in November, we enjoyed the evenings outside on the terrace, cooking on the outdoor BBQ with the fire ongoing and keeping us warm. On the rooftop there was a great terrace for stargazing and sunbathing. Waking up in the main bedroom, with windows on both sides, was a true treat on a daily basis. 4G works great there and we were able to work remotely with ease. Wifi as usual in the mountains is so-and-so. There was everything that was needed for a long stay, we stayed there for 10 days, but felt at home from day 1 (dishwasher, washing machine - all present). The hike up the mountain behind the house, is tough but worth it! Nearby hikes to Torre di Capo Malfatano, Capo Spartivento were amazing. All empty from tourists and you don't have to pay for parking in November.

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Together with my partner and our dog, we enjoy a lot our stay. The view is stunning. We spend whole evenings enjoying it. The house has everything you need. We as well highly appreciated host. Davide who not only provided us with very clear instructions how to get to his house, but as well was very polite and responsive. We definitely recommend this location and would come back again.

We had a fantastic stay in Cagliari, the apartment was top in order and Renata gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for nearby. A super nice host and definitely recommended!

Best Air bnb we have stayed in. the bungalow and garden are simply amazing. We had the best week with our children who loved the magical garden. Everything you need for a holiday is there ( beachtowels, umbrella, gemessen etc). The decor inside the house is lovely and gives it a very nice beach vibe. Paolo, who did the check in, was very sweet and even provided food and Snacks and wine for us on arrival.

Villa exceed our expectations, very clean, fully equipped, a lot of space, fence around the garden allow our dog to stay outside whole day long and even enjoying a dog’s pool, just 4 min by foot from the beach, nice big terrace, fully equipped zone for barbecue. Two bathroom and one toilet on top was super convenient for a family of four. We have had a lovely stay and would be happy to be back! Lorenza is a super host! Grazie mille and all the best!

We stayed as two families with a baby and a toddler, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is extremely child-friendly and thoughtfully equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. Taty was a wonderful host, always available, and even helped us arrange a hairdresser appointment, which was incredibly kind and helpful. Lucia is responsive in our interactions. Suggestions for activities and good communication. The accommodation is very good and great location for visiting the south of Sardinia. Namely, quiet place but there are dogs nearby barking regularly but which doesn't stop us from enjoying our vacation to the fullest.

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. Thanks for everything:)

A very good stay. The hosts are welcoming and speak good French. Maybe the shower to see in the house on the 1st floor because it's starting to have trouble closing
