Studio is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator, and stairway. The building is safe and under video surveillance and it has lot of free parking space (not reserved one). PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

It is located in the center of Opatija and very close to the sea as well as all tourist attractions.There is a kitchen,toilet and a comfortable pull-out bed. Entrance door from the apartment is shared with the owner (we share the main hallway) but each apartment has a separate entrance.Considering that the window from the apartment is faicing to the staircase, there is not a lot of daylight, but the apartment has an exit to the yard which you can use.
