We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. A short drive from several beaches. Local restaurants nearby. Comfortable space for 2 people. Željko has many great recommendations. He arranged a boat ride for us. Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

Fantastic location , with a fabulous view. Just a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Easy for us with the stairs down to the bay. Would be a challenge if you had mobility issues, but an easy walk down to the water. A great bakery just to the right at the bottom of the stairs. We really liked the restaurant Landovina, which is nearby.

Extremly helpful and acommodating hosts. Lovely place with a great terrace. Easy walk into Old town, nice supermarkets close by, especially if you have a car. Property is up a steep slope, but we got used to it + help was offered to park car. Location offers beautiful view over the bay. Would recommend.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

The stay in the Forest house of Iva and Tony was absolutely amazing. We are a family with young kids and anything you could think you need was available in the house. Tony is very welcoming and all amenities can be used. The place is lovely! Very clean and a beautiful outside area. Building a fire was a highlight of our stay. We enjoyed the hike to mount lovcen, the adventure park, the public park on sunday full of people bbqing, hotel monte rosa has a nice and sunny terrace to enjoy a drink and we recommend to go to centinj for restaurants and bakery (357). We hope to come back again!

We stayed from the 7th to 10th of December. One room and bathroom is enough to accommodate two people. A shabby place, not suitable for those looking for great luxury. Despite this, there is air conditioning, hot water, internet and kitchen and balcony. Simple daily food needs can be catered for. The view overlooks the bay and is pleasant. I'm sure it will be much more enjoyable in the summer, but even in the constant rain and cold Tivat winter, nothing upset us. Recommended in terms of price/performance.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Clean, comfortable, relaxing and very spacious. Just a short walk to the bus station so great for day trips to places like Kotor and close to a supermarket. Blazo was a brilliant host and check-in was easy and welcoming. Super helpful, great communication and even helped us arrange airport transfers. Would definitely return to explore more, Budva is stunning. The perfect place! 😁

This one one of our favourite Airbnb stays ever! The apartment is actually better than the photos (this rarely happens), with spacious interior and stunning views over Kotor Bay! The host was so helpful, communicating with our taxi driver when we arrived, so that we found the place easily! Check in was as easy as walking in and making ourselves at home. We IMMEDIATELY felt at home here. It is a welcoming, small neighbourhood on the mountainside. It is devinely peaceful and away from the bustle and crowds of Old Town Kotor. The hosts had water, juice and wine waiting in the fridge as well as a large tray of fresh fruit on the table, which is such a nice welcome at the end of a travel day. Do not hesitate to book! Very well appointed for long stays! Do know that for these amazing views, you are situated up the mountain, so a car or strong legs and healthy cardio is required. This is well described in the listing however. The hosts make this stay even better!

Great home base for exploring the bay of Kotor. Walkable to the old town of Kotor, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The host has tons of recommendations for what to do in the area, we highly recommend staying here.

Unbeatable view!!!!....nice walk to old town and all the action then a quiet evening on the balcony for peace and night lights from the city. Milo was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with helping us check in early. He was super friendly and met us at a time that worked perfectly for both check-in and check-out. Very informative and made everything easy for us. He was very responsive to our questions and needs, a great host! The apartment itself is something else – the views are absolutely breathtaking, truly a must-visit! It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and tidy, and made for a perfect few days away. We stayed for 7 days at Three Figs and what a fantastic beautiful and peaceful place it is. I can’t recommend this place enough. Luka was amazing at sorting us transport more or less daily at reasonable prices. Any queries and Luka was straight on it to help out. We felt straight away at home and everything you could possibly need. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the breathtaking views. I would recommend hiring a car. We didn’t as neither of us have driven on the right hand side of the road before. We were left a basket of delicious fresh vegetables and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. All in all a great experience and Dalmatia is simply a stunning area Andy, Eastleigh, England

The apartment was even better than was shown on the pictures. When we arrived someone was waiting on us to show the place and how the jacuzzi worked. The people were really friendly. The VIEW was amazing. I’ll be coming back for sure.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! This home is located a lovely distance from Kotor -- close enough for a long (~1 hour) walk or short drive -- and a short drive from Perast. This neighborhood is much more quiet than Kotor or Perast but with the same views. Budimir was the perfect host and is the reason why Airbnbs can be special. He met us for check in, arranged a (great) boat tour for us the next day, made us an incredible breakfast and dinner at his private restaurant downstairs, let us use his kayak, gave us local recommendations, and generally just made our experience incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I only wish our stay had been longer.

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!

STUNNING Airbnb ! Great size rooms, with lovely bathrooms for each room. Heating was perfect for such a big home, had everything we needed and property management was always there to help when required. It was my 30th birthday and they gave me wine, flowers and had a birthday cake made for me which was a lovely touch. Everyone that looked after us was amazing and really sweet. Breakfast was nice however would have liked more options , nevertheless the chef was an absolute STAR! The fridge was stocked with drinks that you can pay for e.g Fanta, coke, beer, water, .which was great as we hadn’t gone food shopping yet. We did have issues with power cut on the first night due to solar panels however it got sorted in the morning right away and caused no further issues during our stay. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this place anymore ! Location is a little far from where we were going however it’s a really peaceful and private location. Felt very safe! Would love to return and stay here again

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.
