My place is good for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Montenegro. It is a small building and our apartment is on the top floor, with a stunning view over the bay. It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). Welcome to our studio apartment with a stunning sea view! Perfect for solo travelers and couples. Looking to work from home? My studio's internet is fast enough for all the remote workers. The highlight of this studio is definitely the terrace. furnished with a lounge, sunbeds, and a hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy it as the whole terrace is covered. There is no sofa inside the apartment as we believe it is more beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views.

Since 1988 our family have been renting apartments and hosting guests from all over the world. This apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Apartment makes you feel like you are in your own home. Its comfortably fits two people and its located ten minutes from beach. Behind apartment there is small balcony with shade below the lemon tree.

Excellent location! Distance to the city beach ( Slovenska plaža) just 50 meters. Walking distance to the Old Town 10 min. The apartment is fully equipped. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee bar in walking distance. Guest love it because of excellent location near beach. Families with kids or couples are more then welcome !

We really enjoyed our stay with Rade. We got a room with an ensuite. The room had everything we could need - fridge, kettle, ensuite, air conditioning, and TV. Rade was very helpful and recommended places for us to visit. He was really friendly and approachable if we had any questions. Overall highly recommend the place.

A great stay at Zeljka’s. Check in was easy and parking was a bonus. As with every location in Sveti Stefan there are stairs, but that was okay for us. The bed was super comfy and the neighbourhood was very quiet, so a good night sleep was had. The beach was close by, although more stairs…but again it was okay for us. The view was a stand out and made us feel a million dollars! It was also easy to access other towns, so day trips were had. All in all we would happily return, but stay for longer. Thank you Zeljka.

Zeljko was a lovely host, he left us loads of great recommendations for places to eat and places to go. A genuinely nice guy! The apartment was great, it was little dated, but we didn’t mind that. We struggled with the heat and it was nice to have a/c in all the rooms. It had a lovely little garden on the front, which we would have our dinner in. The location of the apartment was amazing, it was literally only 50m from where we would swim everyday. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our 2-weeks stay here and definitely recommend it to anyone appreciating privacy and calmness! The apartments itself had everything needed for comfortable stay, including washing maching and all the utensils for cooking. The view on the bay from the table in the garden made each breakfast into a spectacular experience. Zeljko and his family were very kind and supportive, ensuring that our stay is at the best level! Their hospitality was beyond the limits! Towels and bedclothes have been changed in timely manner. Location is perfect - just a few minutes from the sea, market, bakery and Blueline Bus Stop, so that we had an opportunity to reach Kotor, Perast in 15-20 minutes. The nearest beach is "Pod Murvom", secluded and outstanding for its clear water and views. We hope to come back again and recommend everyone to choose this apartments!

Beautiful house, spacious, clean and comfortable, with the most amazing views out of the windows and the balconies! Photos don't really do it justice. Glenda was so helpful with everything, booking us a transfer from the airport to the airbnb and advising us on buses and cabs and restaurants once there. We were a group of 10 friends and it was ideal for us. The only thing i'd say is if you have limited mobility and don't have a car you might struggle to get up the final hill to the house, but we were all able-bodied so it was fine!

We stayed in this great apartment for 14 days. The sea is great, and you can just jump in at any time. The neighbors are mostly locals and vacation there with their families. All very nice and relaxed. Loving kids! Filip was always available for us and his mom is a sweetheart. She brought vegetables, crabs from the sea to see and always asked if she can do anything for us. We will be happy to come back at any time. Thank you for everything!

Good communication with a nice host. We asked for the high chair for baby and were very pleased that they remembered and also setup a baby bed and other baby things. Kitchen is well stocked. When we arrived, the rooftop was empty because of renovations but they worked hard to place everything in less than 2 days then we enjoyed it a lot. Location is close enough to Becici beach and Budva and is doable with stroller. Only thing that I would add is darkening curtains because it’s very bright very early in the room.
